We just had a brief stop there for our tea break on our way to San Francisco. Nice little stop for a long travel from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Had our Tea Latte there which was good and refreshing. Nice clean restrooms. Plenty of parking in front. Nice views of Gilroy all around. It was just like every other Macdonald’s. Which was good.

I ordered a strawberry Créme pie and my husband found a pink acrylic nail inside of it. Disgusting.he thought it was a hard piece of strawberry. Wrong. tried calling 3 times and no answer. I understand this is a underpay company but this should not happen

so I came into this McDonald’s really hungry and had these about them but the bathrooms are locked no big deal..
I placed a order on my phone and was able to pick it up in record-breaking time needless to say I am fully satisfied.
I thought this might be an older type of McDonald’s due to its location but now it was really nice I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be back here.

Other McDonalds in the Bay Area offer a $5 deal, resonating to the feedback that their food has gotten too expensive. Not so in Gilroy, of all places where $5 gets you a large fries that’s a joke. And yes, that fries box was already flattened like you train your workers so it holds less. A plain hamburger is $2.90. Shame on you. And don’t come whining about the high fast food worker wages. If not for your greed things wouldn’t be that expensive here and not require $20 / hour.

You’ll understand the low ratings as soon as you visit. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.
My 5-year-old was having a bathroom emergency, but the staff refused to let him use the restroom until I placed an order. I understand store policies, but even after I assured them I would purchase something right after, they still said “No” — and in a very rude manner. It was disappointing to see such a lack of compassion, especially toward a small child in distress.

6:30am and the dining room is supposed to open at 6. The staff looks at me and waves their hands at me to go away. I point to the hours, and they just wave at me again, telling me to leave. What kind of operation is this?

Take a look at photo as they are supposed to open up at 6:00 am and it is almost 7:00 am. I can see employees inside but they completely ignore me. Great service.

They won’t let me in to dine. It’s 6:32 am. It’s supposed to open at 6:00 am. Lady inside signals drive thru. My car broke down and I had it towed. Just wanted to get in eat and stay warm. It’s 40 degrees. Cold for CA.
