Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese is my favorite item, so whenever I order something from MacDownlads, I always make sure to add this item to my cart. Today, I placed my order at the “797 FIRST ST GILROY, CA 95020” store. However, I was completely disappointed this time. It seems they accidentally put the wrong burger patty in my order. Moreover, my entire order was disgusting. Both burger patties were excessively salty and burnt, and they had a completely different taste. I have never experienced this kind of issue before. Both my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs after eating it. I wanted to share my experience here to bring attention to it.

Former employee here. You can’t expect much here, management expects a job of gold while giving you bronze tools. They don’t care about the workers or the food as long as they can get it out of the window in less than three minutes. Don’t expect to get your meal in that time; half of our machines, whether from making food or getting it from point A to point B are broken, haven’t been fixed in months. There’s a lot more not working than you think. My point is go somewhere else, this location is not worth it.

Couldn’t sleep at 2 AM and decided to get something to eat, saw this place was 24 hours, drove all the way there and saw there were cones in front of the drive thru. Had to drive all the way to the other McDs on the other side of town because the the workers there were too lazy to actually work.
