Maria is very rude and nasty, I ordered through drive through and forget waters and had to use to restroom. She took 10 mins giving me two water for me service dog who really needed water. Then when I asked to use the restroom she proceeds to tell me it’s being cleaned and no one is cleaning it.

Trying to get help from anyone at the front counter takes forever seems like everyone that works there would rather stay in the back and talk to each other then come up front and help customers. Sucks when they have to unlock the restroom for people to use them

Illegally denies access to customers for the restrooms, including for people with medical conditions. They lie about them being broken. Really, both gender-neutral bathrooms are broken? How long has that been for?

This Mickey D is a clean restaurant. The employees were busting left & right to get full orders; unlike some of other restaurants in the chain. I appreciate how they work as fast as they can. I would definitely come back. Thanks again; til next time.

The guy working window 2 at 10:24 am, today, Saturday, May 24, literally lied to my face. I not only asked for cream and sugar on the side, when ordering, I also asked the cashier in window 1 for cream and sugar on the side again. He said yes. I got to window 2 to get my order, I ask the guy is the cream and sugar in the bag, and he goes, “yeah, it’s in the bag.” I get on the freeway, and we check the bag , there’s no cream and sugar in the bag and none in the coffee. It’s like, dude , u had the bag hanging out the window like it was complete and it wasn’t. I wouldn’t have even made a review, but it’s the fact that you openly just lied about it to my face. What you thought, you lying wasn’t gonna have consequences? Your McDonald’s can thank you for this 1 star bad review on your behalf. Horrible customer service.
