This location has a brand new, updated look. New play area, new booths, flooring, counters. Looks great! (Didn’t use the bathrooms, am hoping they were remodeled as well & will update if we go back.) No real changes to the menu or food that our family noticed. Gave 3 stars because of the terrible service. Wasn’t even busy, but we – and another family – stood at the counter 4 minutes before an employee came to the register. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet us, just stared at us and said nothing. We politely placed our order, she again said nothing except the amount due. We tapped our card… still not a word from her. Have honestly never had an experience like this. This individual had been talking to another employee just prior to walking up to the counter, so we know that she could communicate if she wanted. She behaved the same way with the next family. I belabor this a bit because that was such a negative interaction, when a mere smile or “welcome” would’ve been appreciated. Parking lot is odd at this location, not lots of room, so drive carefully and be sure to note that the “right turn only” out of the parking lot puts you in a dedicated right turn only lane on the street. That’s not always obvious as it would seem.

Ordered on the app for the first time and it was quick and easy. Drove straight to the store and it was freshly prepared and ready to go. I ordered fries and a caramel frappuccino. The fries were crisp and hot and the caramel frappuccino was delicious. This is the best McDonald’s in town. This place has discounts on hamburgers and cheeseburgers on Wednesdays and Sundays. This location also doesn’t give you a hard time about coupons like some of the other places do. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Unbelievable how inept this location is. I decided to give a second chance. Placed an order ahead of time so I can pick up and go, order was not ready/was misplaced, finally found my order and food was cold. Asked to remake and they poured new fries and grabbed a burger off the line. I expressed no pickles several times and in my original order. They added extra pickles…. I’m allergic and can’t eat it now… tell me I have to come back to the store to get refunded… either they don’t care or just have fun giving their clientele a bad experience.

I would of gave an 5 star over all, but not having numbers on tables on the play section area, complicated ordering for table service, first time going to that location first time running into that issue, but everything else worth visiting..

I was really surprised at the customer service I received. I got there at 9 with my daughter at 912 they came to the table and said they were closing at 930 the dinning area, at 924 they told us again we are closed. I wanted a refill and they didn’t want to because they were closed. Drive thru is open till 11 so I got out went through the drive thru asked for a refill and was treated worst. This is insane, I’m very disappointed I come from Turlock Central valley and they have better values I felt humiliated please learn how to treat people. I was kicked out at 932 pm. What’s going on, we are not begging for food. This is insane , we deserved more respect.

I just want to give a HUGE Thank You to the staff a couple of nights ago. I ordered with the mobile app, not seeing what time it was, and arrived at the drive thru 4 minutes to 10 pm.
The woman at the window was so sweet, and even though they were just about closed, she quickly looked at our order and made it for us. She did not have to, and I am very grateful for her kindness!
