I received horrible customer service at this location. I usually come to this location to order a hot coffee in the mornings, but my order was prepared incorrectly ( added ingredients, when not asked). When I brought it to the kitchen staff’s attention, instead of accepting the mistake, the employee rolled her eyes and expressed attitude. She then began to argue about my order, stating that I did ask for creamer. When I did ask for a new coffee, I did receive a new coffee, but it was incorrect yet again. So I then simply asked for sugar, and she repeatedly gave me attitude again. I do not think these teens have any clue about customer service, I was not asking for extra food, or a refund. I was only asking for legitimate ingredients a normal coffee has.

This was McD’s was a life saver. A great play place for my toddler, and it even has specialty parking for RVs (and busses). Plus, it was one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.

I’m all about spicy chicken wherever I go.
But they get “spicy” from a sauce so I didn’t get heat until half way through. It’s an inconsistent way to make it spicy. Also, they said it was ready about 30 seconds after I ordered so it probably sat around for a while before I ordered.

Light music, hot food, huge playground. Free Wi-Fi. Clean restroom with hot water at the sink. Not many people due to the rainy day. Nice rest stop for the long trip ahead.

I was impressed with their remodeling a great place to bring both my 1yr old and 5 year old to play. The upper area great for the big kids and lower area for the baby with soft padding. This will be my new Chick-Fil-A for my kids. Don’t care for the McDonald’s food but their playground competes with our Chick-Fil-A.

Sury was very rude when helping me with my online order ,I gave her the code to my order she said for me to pull up she then asks for the code again and says it’s not there and ask if I’m lying then she says she can’t help me because she has to go on her brake and that someone else will help me at the other window because she haven’t been there for long so I went to the other and Marie says my online order isn’t there and gives me my order and says she’s not doing this again if it happens.very rude very unprofessional

This McDonald’s has alot of memories for me. We would always come here on our way home from the bay area and play at the play place. The play place has evolved since I came here in my younger years, but it’s still a good place to take the kids.
Service is a hit or miss because, but I think that’s because it mostly runs on a skeleton crew with a focus on the drive through.
I always get a Oreo mcflurry and it was delicious!
