It’s McDonald’s! Food was good and fast but I literally had to ask for the new hot honey sauce 3 times! First they gave me hot mustard, then honey mustard then finally they gave me the good stuff. I have had other visits when I did t check and got some other sauce. They must be bogarting the hot honey because my order runner was the manager and shouldn’t have been having such a hard time. It’s delicious BTW.

As a curbside food picker, I was not aware that McDonald’s now opens bathroom doors only upon request. Wait times may occur during peak hours. All other aspects are consistent with its other branches.

This place was clean. Pretty busy during breakfast time. We stopped here for breakfast and quick restroom spot.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was unacceptable. The customer service was extremely poor, starting with the manager on duty a younger individual who was openly rude and dismissive toward multiple customers. What made this worse was that the issue stemmed entirely from a mistake on McDonald’s part, yet instead of taking responsibility or offering a simple apology, the manager chose to argue and speak disrespectfully.
As a young woman who also works in hospitality and customer service, I found his behavior especially disappointing. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, speaking softly and reasonably, yet he spoke to me as if I were unintelligent and at fault for their mistake. There was absolutely no professionalism or courtesy in how the situation was handled.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly not only on this location but on the McDonald’s brand as a whole. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference and unfortunately, the lack of accountability and respect here made a frustrating experience much worse.
I also was not refunded nor given my food when I simply asked to just have the one meal I had ordered and already paid for.
I truly hope upper management addresses this and provides proper training to ensure that both customers and employees are treated with the basic respect and professionalism everyone deserves.

Ordered breakfast on the app and picked it up at the drive through. Was missing hashbrowns and received the wrong drink. Less than friendly customer service when I mentioned the missing and wrong items at the last drive through window. They gave me over-salted hashbrowns and slammed the window when I asked about my drink. This place often makes mistakes but aren’t usually as rude as the last window attendant was this morning. Check your bags or else you might be getting less than what you paid for.

My order was taken wrong and also given to me wrong. I ordered 4 items and only received 2 of those items. One of those items were incorrect. I went back to get my 2 missing items. When I came in an employee was ringing herself up and I had to wait for her to be done. They gave me one of my missing items. I had to wait again for my other one after checking my bag. This location is next to my house but I go to the one across town because it’s like this all the time. Messed up orders, horrible attitudes and zero customer service. Retaining should be done ASAP.

New update:2 orders today. First one bigmac, fries and drink was fine. Second one, burger bundle we asked for no onions on the 4 cheese burgers, they put them on. We asked for extra onions extra pickles and mayo on the mcdoubles and they didn’t do it. They were nice and said they would redu them. We just got the bag, and they got the Mc doubles right this time but made the cheeseburgers plain!!! Just meat and cheese. WTH. Who doesnt get ketchup and mustard on a cheeseburger? Go back to minimum wage. At least then you knew the employees wanted to work. It feels like no one cares at the higher wage. I would be ok if I don’t have to drive miles to fix a dumb fast food order. This store was great after the remodel now it’s definitely hit or miss more miss. Do better.
Food dashers blocking and sitting in the parking spaces marked for app customers. Makes it feel shady and not safe. Was told by an employee the manager won’t do anything about it since they bring in business. Yup, not my mcd goto anymore. Will go elsewhere where it feels safer for my kids. Doesn’t make sense, dashers just waiting in the parking lot for someone to order and they are there already to grab.

online pick up for my order. the kid who brought it out on a tray just stood there next to my window. didnt confirm my name or anything and as i grabbed my stuff out loud he said “cmon bro” because i grab the condiments out of the cupholders he was holding. I wasnt aware those were just extras and not my sauces I had ordered. outside of “cmon bro” he didnt say nothing to me about my order or tell me my sauces were in the bags. my order was wrong too and I was missing items. Nuggets were trash and the sauce tasted weird like expired or something.
