Very nice staff, food was good. I don’t usually eat at McDonald’s unless I’m grabbing a drink. I did get a number 4 chicken deluxe this time. Convenient location and price is fair even though they have gone up recently. My biggest thing was cleanliness of the location, tables where all dirty, trash on the floor and counter where you get ur drinks and supplies where very dirty and full of trash not to mention very disorganized.

Craving a Big Mac fix? This Mickey D’s hit the spot! Burgers were juicy and fries were piping hot, classic McDonald’s perfection. Service was fast and friendly, even during the dinner rush. Sure, the place can get a bit loud, but that’s the cheerful chaos you expect. Not fancy, but definitely a solid 4 stars for a satisfyingly nostalgic fast food experience.

I have a low tolerance for fast food especially McDonald’s. However, there’s something to be said about the Fish Fillet. I order mine with light Tartar Sauce, no cheese. Usually, it’s prepared exactly the way I requested it…depending on the location. It’s a actual fish fillet, not minced fish (which could really be a mixed blend of who know what!). It’s very fresh, has no fishy taste, it utterly delicious. I only but them when they’re on sale, because I can’t eat anything else at McDonald’s. I’d highly recommend this item. And I really like the location on Contra Costa Blvd near Sun Valley Mall. They’re friendly, professional and rapidly prepare your food to order as requested.

I was at Walmart this afternoon, and I was craving a milkshake. My surprise was, that the cashier ordering my drink, and another person comes out and tells him, that he can’t order a milkshake unless the order is large. I mean, they didn’t sell me the stupid milkshake, because I had to order several combos!!! I must make a parenthesis here, because by no means are these people, they were busy. There were no people eating there not ordering anything at the time. It is incredible that a chain as renowned as the It is, their employees have a zero customer service attitude.

Never a line. About 12 years ago I discovered the phenomenon of minty coke from this location. Come to find out that taste comes from not regularly cleaning the fountain nozzles or some such. Coke still tastes minty. But I don’t think this location has ever screwed my order up.

Horrible food, horrible service. We ordered a happy meal and a crispy chicken combo. It took all of 20 minutes just to get the food! The bottom of the happy meal box was broken and my child’s fries fell out in the parking lot. The nuggets were stiff, they forgot her apple juice, and my fries tasted like a cardboard box. Disgusting and not going back!
