The dining room smelled like a homeless encampment. On a positive note, the restrooms were surprisingly clean and not trashed, which is uncommon for McDonald’s public restrooms in California. However, I wish the restaurant provided paper towels so customers could dry their hands and use them to touch the door handle when exiting the restroom.

Several homeless individuals were soliciting in the dining area, which made the environment uncomfortable. My family and I were excited to dine in, but we ultimately chose to eat in our car rather than endure the unpleasant conditions inside.

As for the food, it was disappointing. My double cheeseburger tasted like it had been sitting on the warming tray for a while, with what seemed like newly added cheese slapped on. It also had an odd pork-like taste. I was hoping it would hit the spot, but it didn’t. Unfortunately, this isn’t surprising—urban McDonald’s locations often don’t compare to suburban ones in terms of food quality.

The Chicken McNuggets were served in a bag instead of the standard carton, leaving nowhere to squeeze ketchup. I had to finish a BBQ sauce packet just to reuse it for ketchup. These so-called eco-friendly changes are ruining the experience—especially the paper straws, which degrade while drinking and feel like you’re literally drinking paper.

Lastly, the fries were thin, sharp, bottom-of-the-barrel cuts—not the fries shown on the menu displays. I had to eat them carefully because I have veneers.

I placed my order and paid at 12:07 p.m. At 12:40, I asked a staff member about it and showed her my receipt. She told me that the food would be brought to me once it was ready, so I continued waiting. I ended up waiting for an entire hour until another staff member finally noticed me still sitting there. After checking my order twice, she went into the kitchen and finally prepared my meal.

Their behavior of ignoring a customer’s request made me decide that this would be the last time I visit this restaurant. Even though I work nearby and my family studies close to this location, neither I nor my family will ever come back here again.

Since today was my first time dining here alone, I didn’t order much.

It’s been 2 weeks that I know of and their hot mocha machine has supposedly been broken. This McDonald’s charges a premium on the whole menu compared to all other McDonald’s, and they can’t even afford to fix there equipment in a timely manner.
Now i have to drive across town to what is fortunately a more reasonable priced Mcdonalds.

I asked this man to clean my table, he said yes then didn’t get back to me for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes he went through every single table except mine to clean and when I addressed to him that my table wasn’t cleaned despite him saying he would he then walked away from me. I don’t know if he ever cleaned the table because I left after 24 minutes but for the cleaning job he did to the other tables he would just swipe m an wet towel on the table overly rushed without picking up the food remaining on the table. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but wow! This is an caution for anyone who wants to sit down to eat at McDonald’s

Average McDonald’s location. Drive through long at night. Inside it looked very crowded and overstimulating. What sucked is the portions, I orded a large fry and I swear it was smaller than what meduim used to be Probably will try a McDonald’s further south next time to avoid the city crowd.

McDonald’s deserves real credit. Across locations, the service is usually fast and consistent, prices are reasonable, and if you know how to order smart, the value is honestly hard to beat. You don’t have to buy everything on the menu—just pick what makes sense for you. Their app deals and periodic promotions make a big difference, especially if you’re on a tight budget.

What I appreciate most is reliability. When money is tight or life is stressful, McDonald’s is predictable: you know what you’re getting, you know roughly what you’ll pay, and you’re rarely left waiting. That matters more than people admit.

During hard times, having affordable, accessible food options actually helps people get through the day, and McDonald’s quietly fills that role for a lot of us. It’s not fancy, it’s not pretending to be something else—it just works

Only reason I give this McDonald’s a 2 star not a one because philipina is a great and sweet person that works there but to have their employees trying to fight a random guy at 1am because the employee was driving down the parking lot like crazy then screaming at the guy he is the boss here and then taking off quick once he saw the guy tell him something. Food is always great but that just makes me not want to go back. The guy is always rude on the take out window every night shift he works and then I see this. Guy was coming from around the corner minding his own buisness when this employee is driving like crazy in the parking lot with loud music and has the nerve to say something don’t wish no harm on anyone but poor employee would of got his butt kicked if he stepped out of his car. Do not feel safe coming here anymore when the employees are trying to fight. Employee is tall skinny light skinned driving a 2 door couoe please do something about this or start losing a lot of great customers due to this. Thank you for your time.

The drivethru is painfully slow. I’ve been to macdons all over the world and this one is the most slow. A handful of times people have come up to our window and asked for money while waiting.
I’ve gone inside a few times and it’s also very slow, although a great place to watch other people live their life. I’m invisible and no one can see me so maybe that’s why the food was so slow.
Get Ronald back in the workspace to motivate his employees!!! My overall impression is that they need support and love from management and better pay to make sure the job gets done

This McDonald’s should win an award for “Longest Wait in a Fast-Food Drive-Thru.” I’m not exaggerating the DMV moves faster than this place. I’ve been here more times than I’d like to admit, and every single time I think, “Maybe today will be different.” Spoiler: it never is.

Currently, there are four cars ahead of me, and I’ve been sitting here long enough to question my life choices, write this review, and probably age a year. Customer service? Let’s just say it’s the perfect example of what happens when time stops meaning anything.

If you ever want to experience what eternity feels like, skip church just pull up to this McDonald’s drive-thru. Bring snacks (from somewhere else), you’ll be here a while.
