The food was HORRIBLE. I got mozzarella sticks were over cooked I got chicken parmesan with Alfredo/fettuccine it was very very dry an tasteless. My daughter got the chicken tender basket. I have a hard time believing it was even chicken but it was not a chicken tender.They all were very very small and the chicken part itself was equivalent in size to two chicken fry’s from Burger King if you removed the breading from them and the French fries were nasty.
Our waitress was really nice a prompt but I’m so disappointed!!! Due to my financial situation I maybe every 3 or 4 months am in a position to take my amazing 14yr old daughter out to eat a restaurant and I was looking forward to that chicken parmasean.
I never leave goid or bad reviews bit this kept popping up on my phone so i did .
The place was empty and was probably 12:30-1pm.in the afternoon.
So disappointing..$40 loss.

After going through the reviews, I noticed that there is a pattern of to go orders being messed up. As you can see, I ordered my steak medium well and this is what came. The mac & cheese was bland with no taste and there was no option to remove the pork when it came. The noodles were basically mush. This will be my first and last time trying Applebee’s.

My dad Got the bourbon steak today he took a bite and said something is wrong with it, he ordered it medium and it was well done, I tried it and took a bite of it and it tasted like cleaner. Horrible taste, had to spit it out. Was credited $6 off the bill. The manager said it was there dishwasher and because the food was on cast iron. Now he is home sick. $122 dollar bill. Waitress was great and yes I tipped her well.

1st off let me say the 2 friends i came with said we have to make sure we dont get the waitress we had last time we were here which was about 3 weeks ago was so awful that they certainly didnt want to sit in her section because she was so rude and unbearable! Now these 2 ladies are the nicest people ever and the one friend has cancer and she doesnt.deserve this from anyone. If i had been with them then i would have ask for the manager and changed waitresses asap but they dont want to cause a problem! The Food was unacceptable at best! Had the Sampler platter and the chicken was so hard it was uneatable…the spinach dip was not good…ask for queso and it was also not good. I mean how hard is it to buy good queso? The juicy bourbon.cheeseburger I had was dry as a bone and hard. I ate 3 bites and just stopped. The A-1 sauce they brought out in alittle cup rather than the bottle and after tasting it I know why…it was so vinegary you couldn’t eat it. The salsa was hot hot hot also not eatable. My 2 friends got the o so wonderful Bourbon steak and they both said it was ok but not what they got the 1st time. I had to send my mash potatoes back to be heated up because it was cold right off the bat. My burger didnt even melt the cheese at all!The waitress Terra was very good and had a very nice personality or attitude whatever and we had no problem with her at all. We will go back because the one loves French onion soup…which in my book isn’t good either. The soup wasn’t even hot enough to melt the big clumps of cheese and it was really dark…strong. as you can see how dry the burger was and burnt hard bacon. it is sad that things aren’t better here because I love Applebee’s. Where I used to go in Florida it was really good and a fun place. They don’t have enough staff apparently either.

So I came here after reading another recent review with my wife, and what I read was right, the person with the bandana and dreads plays some damn good music! The atmosphere is great, the bartender was fun and made us both smile, my wife had the chicken parm, and I went the honey pepper 4 cheese mac, the chicken was a god send, but the four cheese mac needs WAAAY more sauce or it comes off bland, but the honey pepper chicken makes up for it and carries the dish. Our waiter was cool as well I loved his style and his boots reminded me of deadpool! Overall I loved the experience and would defiantly come back again, you people in these reviews are insane to say otherwise! The staff here is amazing, I could hear them in the back laughing one moment, and on crunch time when it got busy. Don’t listen to ANY of these egregious reviews!

I came in towards closing with my mother and niece and am super grateful for my experience 10/10 all the way around! first off, the food came out fast and delicious, also my waitress Mercedes was fantastic she was super attentive and so friendly.. also the holiday themed drink I got that Mercedes recommended was delicious!! I will definitely be back happy holidays 🙂

Idk what these reviews are about! The food here is amazing! The bartender is cute as hell and great at her job, and whoever is playing music in the back needs a raise! And I saw someone from the back, tall, long dreads with a blue bandana, i hope he was the cook, because the grilled cheese burger i had sunday was so amazing I could have kissed him!

I sat at the bar for 10 minutes not being served while staff stood around talking. The bar area was empty . This was 8:30 in the evening. I wasn’t even greeted. I was disturbed so much that I actually went on applebees.com and complained about the restaurant. To their credit the GM did reach out to me and offered me to come in for a free meal. But 10 minutes in an empty bar is just upsetting.
