Standard McDonald’s location with friendly staff and located in downtown Menlo Park which is good for anyone working in the area or anyone looking to grab some of their iconic menu offerings. The parking lot is simple and easy, and I never had a problem with finding a spot.

This one really nails it. Reminded me of when I was 17 and I would take a sack of waste burgers home and warm them up the next morning.
It’s also a block from the Guild Theater so it’s deadhead heaven if you’re broke and hungry before a show !

This is our favorite McDonalds, the service is great and the food only takes about 3-5 min to come. We normally order 20 pieces chicken nuggets, small French fries, frozen Fanta, and strawberry cream pie, all of these are great! We never have any problems and they never get our order wrong which is great. We also recommend to download the app the deals and rewards are very good.
The atmosphere is great the air smells like fresh nuggets and the lighting is fantastic!

The food is a bit pricey now but at least you get it fast. The service is pretty good. A lady helped me order from the kiosk. Someone had an accident in the bathroom and when I notified the cashier they got on it immediately. They deserve hazard pay to be honest.

I buy food for my daughter and family every day. Mirna the manager is very rude, she’s telling me I need to place the order on the screen. Not really customer’s fault Menlo Park location is always short on staff. And food quality is either hit or miss or I get burned fries. Or old or chewy nuggets,, or maybe the oil they are using has not been changed? Maybe management needs a refresh on customer service and food quality!
