Of course it is as simple as MD food. But what makes this location great is the amazing staff. As good as it gets and more. Super commited to preparing all orders fast and with a smile. Incredibly kind when delivering and if someone needed anything extra or improved. Also all was very clean and it was super easy to order with several touch screen stations. There is no drive-thru! It is on a corner and has a one way parking lot. Lots of traffic and difficult to get turned around and take another run at it. Enter from El Camino. Used the app to have my meal brought to me. The good thing was the service was very fast and the food was piping hot!

Employees service was outstanding, however; I was given a double cheeseburger with a severely burnt bun which I discovered while eating in the dark watching a movie. Along with the greasy & salty fries my taste buds were ruined for the night. Some random guy tried to take my phone off the counter claiming it looked like his! Not only this place but McDonald’s everywhere have changed so much, unfortunately for the worst. The new design and layout with those big computer screens feels so cold, impersonal and unsocial. Gone is the jovial atmosphere of the good old days when you can’t wait to take your kids there… Not to mention their prices are outrageously high and service is impatiently slow. Totally disappointed. With this trend, McDonald’s will cease to be an icon of America!

No drive thru here, but the service was quick and it’s a nice quiet spot compared to the other fast food places in the vicinity. The parking is a little bit strange as it is a one way direction only. You’ll want to enter in from the main street on El Camino Real and not turn into the side

For a mcdonalds, I actually enjoyed going here. There is no drive thru. I liked the walk in experience, and using the self check out to pick my food. It was pretty fast, and efficient. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and everything came out hot, tasty, and crispy.
