Today I received the best customer service, when ordering just an ice cream cone from Sergio! He placed my order on their automated machine for me, served me the ice cream cone, and asked if I needed napkins. I literally had less than 10 minutes left on my lunch hour as well ! His customer service was exemplary, as well as his demeanor. Thanks Sergio!! If I ate the food there, I’d return repeatedly !!

Came to get my child a happy meal, probably the poorest experience I have had at a McDonald’s.
I was standing at the front to have my order taken. Someone after a few minutes asked me do you need something? I said I would like to order, I was told “order at the Kiosk. “
I ordered at the Kiosk got my order 10 min later my order # was called there was no interaction just food left out on a countertop. I checked my items, unfortunately not what I ordered but I wasn’t waiting around to have it fixed.
I would rather to go to IN&OUT Burger for the prices MCDonalds is charging and the service they are providing.

Erick, the cashier, is amazing!!! This is the 1st time I ordered a Iced Latte without ice at McDonald’s. My drink came out and looked like milk shake instead of coffee. So I told Erick that I like my coffee to look at lease brown if not black. So Erick took the latte to the back and tried different ways to make my drink look like coffee. LOL. So very nice of him. Very professional and great customer service! Impressive young man!

I’ve had nothing but terrible service at this location for the last few months. In june I was hit by a car while waiting in the imaginary pickup lane that they move you to after ordering so they can keep the clock looking good to the district manager or who ever they are looking to impress, then they forgot my food on another occasion, tonight on 10/7 around 8:50 they forgot my food again and make me feel like the bad guy for coming back for it, again they want me to go to the imaginary line for a small fri. I just told them to keep the food again. 18 years ive lived around the block and im done. Bk it is.

Every time I come here, they are out of buffalo sauce without fail. Its not that hard just order more sauce if you know it’s gonna run out. I dont even want my nuggets with no sauce 🙁

Went in at around 5:20pm order 3 happy meals 2 with 6 piece nuggets and 1 with a hamburger and a $5 spicy Mcchicken meal drove home 25 minutes away and just whe the kids were ready to eat one happy meal had the nuggets missing.

McDonald’s had just opened at 5:30 a.m. when my husband and I stopped to get breakfast for the day. We had been on the road all night and just got into the Salinas area (our destination), so we needed a short respite.
The new order screens were up and working, but a very friendly young woman grabbed us and offered to take our order. She was so pleasant, kind, and helpful, it made ordering easy and even fun.
We sat down and talked only a few minutes when our order was ready. It was fresh and hot and even smelled delicious. Our orange juice was cold, and the meal was brought to us at our table.
My only complaint is that McDonald’s is still using single use straws–and customers aren’t asked if they need or want a straw. This practice is extremely wasteful and bad for the environment. For this reason, I reduce their 5 star rating to 4. I also noticed other types of plastics in use, here. The plastic cup for orange juice that I use once, throw away, and it stays in land fills or flows out to the oceans. So wasteful. Come on, McDonald’s, get with the program!

The service is abysmal it took 15 minutes to get any assistance while the staff stood there and joked without doing any real work. They quite literally played with customers food as a line wrapped around the drive through.

Lost our order. Waited 20 minutes for them to serve everyone else. No ice, out of ice? Really? Two beautiful coke machines inside but they no longer give refills?? Never again. Worst McDonald’s ever.
