Very disappointed with my visit to Chipotle today. I placed an online order for a kid’s meal, which is supposed to include a fresh fruit option, but I was given an inedible orange (see photo). On top of that, the drink I ordered was completely forgotten. For the price, I expect better quality and more attention to detail.

Ordered through the app at around 10:15pm with a pick-up time of 10:30pm. Waited in the “Chipotlane” for 20 minutes before anyone came to serve us. The man that finally came to the window said they were out of several things (brown rice, guac, queso,) but despite claiming to be the manager was unable to give us a refund for the items they were out of, saying that since we ordered through the app we would need to request a refund through the app.

The app didn’t give refund as an option, instead giving up a free side of Guac, a free side of Queso, and free drinks for our next order. When it asked if this “resolved the issue” and I said “No” it just closed the issue anyway and wouldn’t reopen it. Will be calling corporate in the morning.

Finally got the food and got home after waiting for nearly 40 minutes. We ordered three steak bowls all with different things on them. The bowls were labeled “S1” “S2” and “S3” with no other labelling, completely defeating the purpose of labelling at all. One of the bowls was so cold we had to microwave it, and one of the bowls was missing the fajita veggies, which was not one of the ingredients that they said they were out of.

I understand that when you order food near the end of the day that there’s a possibility of the location being out of things, but the app requires you input your phone number. In the 35 minutes we waited before being served, they never called, nor did the app disallow us from ordering things they didn’t have in stock. Perhaps this is an entitled stance, but frankly I feel we should have gotten a refund for the things we did not receive AND the coupons.

Ordered online. The food was fast food good. The rice was a bit crunchy in parts of my burrito. It was still good. I added a bit of water & microwaved it. No more crunchy rice. I will order again soon.

Most impressive customer service I’ve experienced in years. Our pick up order was messed up pretty considerably. Got it home in some awful weather just to turn around and ask for it to be corrected. Mgmt went way above and beyond to make it right and then some. Bad things happen, it’s nice to run into customer service eager to correct issues.

I came through during lunch today. There was a girl with blue hair and piercings working the drive though, and she was beyond rude. She seemed bothered initially that I was there a few minutes before my pickup time. After shoving my food at me she asked what my drink was. I told her it was a berry fresca. She audibly huffed and said “Uhhh it’s gonna be a minute.” I assume she had to walk to the floor for the drink, because she threw the empty cup she was holding as she was walking away from the window.

The food was good, but her attitude and actions made the whole experience less than.

I stopped going to Chipotle a little over a year ago, wasn’t getting the quality food I’d received in the past. This new location popped up next to my favorite grocery store and I figured I’d give it a try. My family and I both agree the food at this location is very fresh and flavorful! Reminds me of when Chipotle first opened up! I noticed there are some reviews where they aren’t rated as high, maybe it’s a hit or miss sort of thing, but my last two orders have been very good! Keep it up, don’t change a thing!

Yes I ordered door dash and I had called the store and had problems getting through the ai bs and when I finally got through I told them I just wanted to make sure I had extra extra cheese and sour cream and the worker told me it was already made but they would check it and they did not it barely has any cheese on it and I am pissed because I paid over $20 for the veggie bowl and it literally only had white rice black beans cheese and sour cream and you can’t even put a decent amount of cheese on it. It’s ridiculous I am requesting my money back period.

We had a late night group order that didn’t go through, arrived close to closing time but the staff was amazing and helped us get all of the food ready to go. Best customer service of any Chipotle by far!

I think this is my first written review. But I was just so disappointed. It’s been quite a while since I visited a Chipote, even when my family wanted to go there, I would go somewhere else because the last time I went it wasn’t worth the cost. The portion of the meat was meager compared to what it use to be. I thought I would try it again. I ordered tacos with carnitas. One taco got one stringy piece of carnita and i got plenty of sides to fill the taco up. I guess the server felt the other tacos got to much and he needed to be stingy on the third taco. I almost said something to the associate, but just decided I won’t visit Chipote again and I’ll spend my money somewhere else where I get value for my money.
