Hardly in ridgecrest but i always stop at this mcdonalds for a cheap breakfast and cheap coffee. And they absolutely forgot sugar in my coffee. On top of it i asked for the muffin well done and it’s extremely soggy and lightly cooked. Not well done at all.

The dining area was discussing and there was no one even sitting in the dining area. You could see their frosty machine covered in old ice cream and old toppings. They didn’t even clean it between uses a common safety practice for food safety and allergies. It took 20 minutes to get fries. That was my order fries even when it said my order was ready for pick up I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to actually be done.

McRib is back !!! I had one today and it tasted just as McRibby as ever.I enjoy it’s tastey bbq sauce smothered all over it.The chopped onions and dill pickles provide a great crunch, and the meaty McRib patty on a soft and gently toasted bun brings it all together.Good job Ridgecrest McDonald’s.You Nailed it!!!

I love them, I never have any problems and I only order from my app on my phone. It’s one of the only fast food places that stays open until midnight. The drive thru line does stand still A LOT so expect to wait a while if you go that way. I prefer to go late at night as it’s not so slowed down. Best app deal rewards too

This McDonald’s is horrible, mostly due to the people that work there. There is one guy on drive-thru that mumbles his words and talks low so every time he says something, you have to ask him to repeat what he said. Also, they never help the outer lane in drive thru- multiple times I have watched people come up after me in the first lane and get helped first and I have had to yell at the speaker, “is anyone helping this lane?”
They never give you the condiments you ask for and the food quality has gone down for as expensive as it is. I am done until I start hearing better reviews.

I wish their food was still higher quality like it was in the 70’s and 80’s. The store is staffed by young kids that aren’t taught how to be nice, the food kinda sucks, and the prices are way higher than they should be for the type of experience you get.
At least the food doesn’t give you the “taco bell, rush home” experience.

This location has probably been the worst when it comes to getting your order correctly. I’ve have had multiple times where they for got a meal, sauces or just give you the wrong order in general. If you go through the drive through don’t leave the window until you know you have everything. If you don’t and you report it they’ll just say they’re sorry and strive better next time and won’t offer a refund!

Took over 40 minutes had to call inside the restaurant and speak with the manager to ask what is taking as if they didn’t even remember they did curbside or even keep track if they had orders

Was to get lunch for my family. First off ordering inside they take forever to give ur ur food. This hasn’t been the first time they have forgotten items in my order. Im stupid for coming back here but when u have grandchildren that want a Happy meal what more can u do. But as for myself I’m over this Mc Donald’s so sad to know this is the only McDonald’s out in Ridgecrest.
