The wait time was excessively long, the service provided was far below what one would reasonably expect, and most concerning of all was the quality of the food. Upon arriving home and opening my order, I was met with a very unpleasant surprise. The meal was not only unappetising but frankly, unacceptable for serving to any customer.

Genuinely shocked how you can think this is okay to serve standards must be low i under stand if it were busy but I was the only one in line my mc double if you can even call it that is missing a cheese slice and pickles when I asked for extra plus my patties looking like they were bitten

The timing is the only terrible thing about this Mcdonald’s chain so far. Orders can take up about 20-30 minute or more even if you didn’t order many items. The other terrible thing about this chain is that some customers forget to flush the toilet.

Wait time is 30 mins plus even if your the only one in there what’s the point of the kiosk if it’s slow service order after mine was called before mine extremely slow service with no good customer service at all. Got my food faster through a door dash service which is such a shame would not recommend this location at all should close down do not recommend being run by kids. Once I received my food it was not hot all that waiting for nothing very disappointing serving cold food. I repeat do not go to this location you will be upset and disappointed.

Empirically speaking, this McDonald’s is significantly slow to deliver on service. On 3 separate occasions, I came to this location through the drive-thru and via the kiosks. It took, On average, about 10+ minutes each time from ordering to delivery regardless of the size of the order. After some observations; I noted that they are short-staffed on taking orders (they alternate between drive thru lanes) and preparing food. In addition to hiring really young staff, which may require additional training/experience, they struggle to keep up with orders. There was no manager on site as far as i could tell. This was the case each time, even when they weren’t busy. Overall this is an inefficient location.

I’m not one for reviews but I have to say that the customer service at this location is bad. I have been waiting on a mobile order 10+ minutes and all I’m seeing in the back are workers talking and not responding or acknowledging a customer… this is by far the worst McDonald’s in regards to customer service. Its clear the manager at this location really needs to retrain or have a serious talk with their staff about proper customer service…

I can’t believe I actually had to push one star to sumit a review. If I had a choice, I would give them a negative one star. We sat there for about ten minutes, just for somebody to take my order. This place sucks, there are people behind me honking like i’m the one doing something wrong.

Heres my story. Another wrong order waited 45 minutes and order was wrong, sound familiar? Not sure if there’s a single person who cares in this place. Every order looks like it was chewed up by a dog.
BTW this has happened to me 5x, here’s to giving the benefit of doubt. ♂️

Go to another location if you can. I gave this place a chance multiple times. Everytime they made me wait 10-15 minutes at the intercom. And theeeen they tell you that they don’t have something at the window and they want you to wait another 15mins. Like bruuuuuuh.
Management need to step it up. Hire more people.
