I’m so sick of going to this McDonald’s. They can’t hear you at times they mess up your food all the time. Sometimes the fries ain’t cooked all the way. Hamburgers missing something on them or when you ask for something not to be put on your Hamburger they still do. Attitudes all the time. It’s ridiculous, and when you ask to repeat the order they still mess it up. I don’t know why i waste my time on this one. I always gotta call to complain about my food. Very bad service.. Get a new team who wanna do their job.

Everytime I come here they always make me wait. First time I ordered only French fries they made me wait 30 min. This second time I ordered 4 Holiday Pie they made wait 15 minutes then they came to say I will have to wait 15 minutes more because they didn’t had any pies. They said they were going to put them to bake. They should’ve said something from the time I placed order with the front cashier.

Food is typical McDonalds food, HOWEVER this is the slowest McDonalds that there’s probably ever been in the history of forever. 20-45 minutes waiting when I ordered ahead. I even clicked that I was already there on the app before I left the house because I know how slow this one yet I still waited. Super annoying

Had hair in my sausage sandwich and they refunded me. Not all staff in the kitchen wear hair net or not hair is up properly. I pointed it out to the manager and she didn’t care. She said they did but I can clearly see they didn’t. I left a message with the corporate. No returned phone call was ever received. Check your food and observe the kitchen. I will never be returning to that McDonald’s!

I think they changed the manager. Now it’s a African American lady the other manger had better service. And they are cheap now and don’t give a lot of fries. The container is just 1/2 full. Also my cheese burger patty is paper thin. Might as well do my own damn burgers!

This mc donalds USED to be good but now the customer service has gone down hill. You can stand at the counter and they will ignore you and still look at you and continue going like you are non existant.
Today at 6pm I went to drive thru and some girl with glasses kept saying my code was wrong and i was at the wrong mc donalds which i was not, i even gave the address and she said i was still at the wrong one (which i was not), the gentleman at the next window helped and said she was wrong and i was ok to go to the next window, inrecieved my food cold so who knows how long it was sitting there. I rather just drive 4 more minutes up the street to start avoiding this one

The Hispanic lady in the morning was so rude we had a mobile order and the girl on the speaker told us to go to the first window when we get there it’s the Hispanic manager trying to charge us and my husband says no it’s a mobile order and she says well go wait park in the front I don’t know there’s nothing here like what! Then why the other girl told us to go to the front window she’s like I don’t know but you have to go wait like if it’s such a issue to order online why have it mind you she’s not even talking to us in a professional manner she’s yelling and being rude never again will I go here in the am . I don’t know how she’s a manager with no customer service skills smh

We are waiting in drive-thru for over 20 minutes got to the window the people were all sitting there talking and hanging out no one was doing their job they were all just laughing and joking to the point where we got frustrated got out of the drive-thru and went inside to make an order because the lady at the register and other co-workers which is having fun it was like they ignored us totally disrespectful I didn’t understand what the reason was or why it was like that very inappropriate

The female working the drive through while the screens were not working properly was rude and inciderate to customers. I did not understand that what was on the screen was not my order because your screen did not work!! And she should have explained it to me and actually repeated my order to me! Instead she got smart! Whatever happened to customer service!!! Of course, nobody answers the phone!
