This by far is the worst place to order McDonald’s. The place is understaffed half the time and even when it isn’t 9/10 they will get your order wrong. Order wraps with no cheese no ranch, expect to get wraps with only cheese no lettuce. Order a bacon quarter pounder custom, they forget the only yhing you paid extra for on the damn sandwich. This place is dirty with receipts strewn about all over the floors, and the wait time is absolutely atrocious. Better off just getting some convenience store goodies and getting out of there before a fight breaks out because they added pickle to someone’s sandwich.

I got an iced coffee through curbside & was waiting for well over 20 mins keep in mind thats all í ordered not even one thing of food. To make matters worse after waiting this time period you would think the iced coffee was atleast just made. Nope quite the opposite was left sitting and got brought out to me watered down not to mention had not a single thing of ice in it. So whats supposed to be iced got brought out room temp. What a great way to start my day & not even a greeting from the manager who brought it out to me.

This place was filthy I asked the manager Allison if they were going to clean the lobby she responded no in very unprofessional manner. I also have a video of my interaction with her and another employee. So disgusting as to they can hire people like this

I have had two bad experiences and and I feel that I am being judged for getting a happy meal. The second bad experience I felt it was both the employees and my fault and someone had to intervene and did not handle it well. Just moving forward I want to be treated respectful and whatever I order should be accommodated to the very best. Honestly I did not plan on going to going to McDonald’s again however my boyfriend surprised me with a happy meal and god I was disgusted with it. It’s not his fault and I appreciate him but honestly I never want to eat McDonald’s again. Did not get a toy and I was nauseated by chicken nuggets

Always real slow service in the lobby. They’ve also removed the soda fountain making it even worse waiting on someone. Drive thru is OK on time per car but commonly backed up.

Usually has long wait times in the drive thru but food is usually pretty good and they have a play area for kids inside. A lot of McDonald’s are getting rid of the play areas, so it’s good to see that.
