The manager extremely rude. Employee had no clue where order was and then manager has attitude because she said we were the stupid ones for not knowing where to pick up order. Every time we go to that McDonalds there is an incident involving customer service. No wonder computers are taking over.

This McDonald’s had exactly what I remembered from the McRib and Chicken Nuggets. The were delicious. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. It wasn’t filthy, but it was dirty. The most frustrating thing is the disappointing changes. The 20 nuggets only has one more sauce than the 10 nuggets, the sodas no longer come with free refills, and the request for extra pickles was ignored or now 2 pickles is considered extra. The seats are comfortable and the ambience was great. The price for fast food in general is becoming out of control. The fast food experience just doesn’t justify the cost.

This was a first. Carlos and I are at McDonald’s,im at the kiosk ordering a Hamburger Happy meal, the kiosk tells me
Out of Stock. I’m thinking to myself
‘Out if Stock’!, how is that possible,
So I change it to a Cheeseburger Happy meal, again, Out of Stock. I’m thinking, Out of stock how is the possible,something is not Wright. Just maybe they ran out of the Happy meal boxes. I don’t think they ran out of hamburgers. I go to the counter and tell them the kiosk tells me, Happy meals
Out of Stock , one of the employees tell me there out of French fries ,,I say,
No French Fries. Never in my lifetime have they ever ran out of anything. They get 2 stars for that visit.

I went in for a late dinner and they were pretty slow, since McDonald’s makes you order at the kiosks now all the employees hangout in back out of eye sight from the customers. The way the were all laughing & joking around i guess that I’m not surprised despite it taking 15 minutes to get my food, which if it had taken 20 or 25 minutes wouldn’t have bothered me if it was hot when I got it, but waiting 15 minutes for a cold burger & almost frozen soggy fries really sucks. I feel like if all the employees have enough time to joke around they should have plenty of time to at least give customers hot or even warm food, which I’m really confused don’t they keep their French fries under a warmer, so how do they get cold almost like someone put them in a glass of ice water before serving them to me. My guess is that none of the employees would be ok going to eat & being served cold food, but I guess if they aren’t paying who cares right?

Food was good but surprisingly with this McDonald’s they don’t do refills on soft drinks. Being a fast food it’s disappointing. Id rather go to a McDonald’s that does offer refills.

Employees don’t pay attention to costumers when and if you need to ask or something.

The food was fine but the fact that me & a lady had to step into the employee area to be assisted is beyond me, they’re so disorganized it wasn’t full.

The food was McDonald’s quality tho so that’s fine

Today, I decided to give McDonald’s a chance. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal . Tell me why my chicken is hard as a brick. I asked for no salt on the fries. They still put the salt on the fries anyway. At this particular location it’s always a problem. Nobody takes pride in giving great customer service. It’s either something wrong with my food or my mom’s food . I really wish they do better.

I always have problems at this McDonald’s with the staff I just don’t go anymore the fries are never fresh it’s like they leave the old fries sitting there for hours and still serving them the eating area is always dirty you gotta clean your own table just to sit down and they don’t even where gloves I sat there and watched all of them touch there hair wipe there faces and touching food with out washing there hands really gross will never ever go there again

Double check your order if your driver thru or curbside pickup. Each time I come to this location my order is wrong. Staff is hit or miss. Some are amazing and others can be very cranky.
