This McDonald’s location is great. The crew has their process down. I go for lunch at least once a month and I’ve yet to experience a mistake in my order. The sodas are always crisp, the food is put together well, and staff is always friendly. The only location that beats it is the Lompoc location.

Took 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered plain double cheeseburger they gave single with everything on it. Fries taste old. Forgot all the sauces.

There’s 8 cars in the parking lot right now waiting on food.. I’ve been here 20 minutes but at least their drive thru line is short, right? They continue to take peoples money because the line has the appearance of being short. Please be responsible and back the drive thru up to slow the orders down and catch up. Clearly the corporate profits mean more than the customers experience. This isn’t the first time that’s been demonstrated at this store

I ordered a number 5 in drive thru. They made me wait longer for my “fries”, I ordered large fries, tell me why they only filled up the fries container half way. I waited around 10 minutes for my fries and apparently the fries were literally half off I’m appalled.

I work close to this McDonald’s and never have I ever been served cold, gross food. Fresh buns and fully melted cheese on the burgers are the standard for this place. The only complaint I have is every time I come I have to wait about 5-10 minutes to eat the fries because they are absolutely piping hot and fresh and delicious. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to where it seems like the staff actually prepare the food how they’re supposed to.

They did a remodel and put everything behind the counter. Apparently they don’t do refills on same day dine in. Walked up to the counter ask the lady if I can please get a refill on my soda and she said sorry we don’t do refill anymore and I said that’s weird and she said sorry and walked away. Next time just get the water cup or find other fast food places to eat.
