I had the pleasure of dining at Jacs during my jury duty, and it quickly became my go-to lunch spot for the entire week. Fast forward almost a year, and I finally got the chance to revisit. I’m thrilled to say that it’s just as fantastic as I remembered!
The atmosphere at Jacs is welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The food never disappoints either; I had the croissant club sandwich this time, and it was absolutely delicious.
Overall, Jacs provides a wonderful dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I tried Jac through DoorDash delivery. The food was very delicious. They also secured the food where it could not be tampered with which is awesome. DoorDash did a awesome job delivering it and it was still hot and DoorDash secured it in a hot bag as well.

First and last time eating here.
I called in my order, and it was made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, but if they know they can’t hear orders clearly over the phone, they shouldn’t take them that way. I couldn’t wait for them to remake it because I had to go to work, so they offered me a refund. I came back the very next day, and the man I assume is the owner had an attitude like I was bothering him. I said thank you multiple times, and he didn’t say a word back — they weren’t even busy. The customer service was disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Edit: Karma will meet your restaurant soon. It’s not good to lie on a “customer” that was willing to spend their hard earned money at your restaurant.

Ordered the breakfast panini it def wasn’t panining the egg wasn’t cooked properly the sandwich wasn’t even fully pressed ♀️ and the spinach was falling off the sandwich it wasn’t even that hot so this was breakfast we will see what lunch is like if I decide to go there but I’m not impressed at all

Decent food and the people are nice, but the prices are still high in my opinion. It probably would not still be in business if it wasn’t located so closely to several large businesses. Those who can’t walk far on lunch breaks tend to default here.
