I bought my girlfriend a Double Quarter pounder with cheese . The meat inside was real pink obviously undercooked( which I took pics). I had to leave it at my gf house and I told her to call the McDonald store since it was a waste of money bc she couldn’t eat it. The employee started being rude telling her she was playing a joke when she told him to put my name down to pick up the food that she was trying to get free food.?! He hung up on her. I am very dissatisfied with the meal and the rudeness of your employee. I honestly don’t care about the refund nor the food at this point.

Ordered my breakfast and was waiting by the counter and the manager at the time “Emily” was very rude to the point she told me not to stand there. At the time I was the only person in the restaurant being it was 6:15am. Very displeased with the service and really needs To learn how to speak the people they are serving. Hopefully the district manager “Chris” will talk to her about service.

One star is too much. I have never received a correct order from here and they are rude every single time. The black lady who works there is awesome and deserves a raise or even just some praise from her superiors but the rest are all disrespectful. Food is always sloppily put together and often cold.
