The food here could be way better if the staff and team had a better standard to preserve and maintain the product they give to customers. It’s not good at all. I’ve tried to give it second and third chances but for some reason they always let me down. Sad that this is the only McDonald’s and burger joint near by. That’s probably why they have bad quality food because there’s no other competitors to compete with. Would give them a 1 star but they give a good amount of veggies and sauce so that counts for something.

** An amendment to my already bad rating. Today October 29, 2025, I and other patrons had to sit and listen to this manager screaming at the staff in the back of the restaurant about how she is going to write all of them up. As a former manager of people myself, there is a time and a place for these types of conversations. Not in a restaurant with guests sitting there watching this happen. Someone needs to go through some additoonal high stress scenario training in my opinion.**

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had today at the McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee who assisted me was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I could tell they genuinely cared about providing great customer service and made my visit so much more pleasant. It’s rare to come across such a positive attitude, and I’m grateful for the smooth, quick service. Keep up the great work—thank you for making my day a little better!

I don’t eat McDonalds, I get it for my wife. As far as food goes – she said this particular location is some of the worst McDonald’s she has ever had. As far as service – there is only one older woman there that isn’t rude. All the younger girls that work the drive thru are consistently rude for no reason. Also, with how expensive your fries are, the least you could do is fill up the size I order instead of giving my wife a half empty large.

When we got there, there was only three of us and a kid in there. So they weren’t busy. After we got done ordering our food, we went to look for a place to sit. Almost everywhere I looked most of the tables and chairs had crumbs on them and thumb/fingerprints on the tables. We finally choose the table next to the window, to settle down and eat at, I had clean off the crumbs on the chair and wipe down the table. After I did all that and sat and waited for our food, my daughter spoke out load saying “uhhh GROSS!!! TWO DEAD FLIES!!!” I looked at the window there were two dead flies at one corner and at the other corner was a cobwebs with flies trapped in it. My husband decided to get up and move us to a different table. I thought that was it. No. I walked to get some water, and there were more dead flies at other Windows. I looked at the staff and most of the girls were just standing around and looking at customers. So if they have time to stand there for more than 1-2 minutes. They can come and at least clean up all those dead flies and clean those tables. If you can’t even have the decency to come and do your job correctly out in the dining area. Makes me think how the staff handles the food too. Uhhh gross. Shame on McDonald’s for hiring lazy staff.

Would you like a 9 piece nugget with the wrong sauce and some room temp fries? Great! Then this location is for you. They also offer the unforgettable experience of having to drive back and ask them where the burger patty is that’s supposed to be on your “cheeseburger.” Do you love waiting in your car for ten minutes only to have them still get your order wrong? Yes? Great! We know you’ll come back to this location because here at NAS Lemoore, it’s your only option!

The food usually comes out nice and hot which is good but it’s also a hit or miss on your order, I ordered the new spicy crispy sandwich without pickles and guess what, I got pickles, don’t get me wrong I love pickles, I just hate the kind of pickles they use for this sandwich! Lol
