This particular McDonalds is very special. All the staff is friendly and happy. I notice customer service (good and bad) as I was a CS Manager for 35years. This crew is top notch. And the cleanliness spot on. Everyone is always sweeping, mopping, cleaning. Hey Blanca you are the greatest.

This place keeps getting my orders wrong or incomplete. Got a artisan chicken sandwich with no sauce and the wrong salad dressing. I usually don’t complain but this keeps happening. On a positive note the restaurant is clean, staff are usually friendly.

I often order food at this McDonald’s, but there are regularly issues with the service quality. The staff frequently mix up drinks or forget items—I have to go back and remind them that the order is incomplete. A few times, I’ve been given opened apple packages, and there was dirt in the cup meant for hot water. Sometimes, when I come to pick up my order, the drink is missing, and I have to track down an employee to explain that it wasn’t given to me—sometimes even arguing with them. They don’t even apologize.

Very unpleasant experience. We had an issue with our order, and unfortunately, the manager, Marina, did the least to help us. She treated us as if we were the problem and spoke to us in a dismissive and condescending way. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously at all.

My order was simple, a 5 dollar meal deal. Curbside order. After about 10 minutes it was already marked that I received my food even though I didn’t. I figured they must’ve just been about to run it out to me but 5 more minutes passed and they didn’t. I went inside and asked what was going on with my order and it took them 5 more minutes to finally have it. The 5 dollar meal deal is simple. A mcdouble, small fries, 4 nuggets,1 sauce, 1 small drink. Shouldn’t take that long. Victor was the manager on duty.
