I’ve given this McDonald’s far too many chances, and the problems are no longer believable as “accidents.” My orders are constantly wrong, with missing items almost every visit. At this point, it feels systematic, not occasional.
The wait times are completely unjustified. More often than not, customers are told to park and wait—sometimes for an absurd amount of time—regardless of how simple the order is. It gives the impression that efficiency and accountability no longer matter here.

What’s most disappointing is the dramatic decline in customer service. Some employees are outright rude and treat customers as if they’re a burden rather than paying guests. One employee in particular, Victoria, is consistently hostile, aggressive, and confrontational. Her attitude is so unpleasant that my children are genuinely afraid to go to this location because of the nasty looks and tension she creates. No family should feel uncomfortable ordering fast food.

This McDonald’s used to be staffed by local young teens who were polite, respectful, and actually seemed to care. What happened? The difference is noticeable, and not in a good way. Management seriously needs to rethink hiring practices, retrain staff, and restore basic standards of service.
Until that happens, I’ll be avoiding this location entirely.

I love coming to this location. The staff here are nice and helpful. This place always cleans. As soon as customers leave the restaurant I always see staff come out and clean the table. Not to mention that this place still offers free refills on soda. Unlike other locations in Garden Grove, CA (right across from Costco).

Ordered spicy chicken with extra pickle meal. Using the screen inside instead of the app still worked out great. The place was clean and the food and drink delivered to the table. Sandwich was served on a potato bun though I prefer to get the chicken grilled not fried still well worth it.

I waited thirty minutes for a SMALL caramel frap. I got nothing for the inconvenience, the frap was all watery too Black Lady in the front TRIED to help, yet offered nothing for the inconvenience and the other young boy was extremely unhelpful. Not sure what policy yall believe in but its ridiculous

I literally just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I saw a big walk out of my sandwich than back in. I open my sandwich and the lettuce is brown and rotten. I called the store and no one answered. This is disgusting.

This McDonald’s makes the worst carmel iced coffee, unlike all the other McDonald’s I have visited. It tastes terrible like they’re saving money on cream and caramel. And when you ask why it is so dark the manager told me I need to pay more to get more carmel. I will not be returning here.

No consistency. I order same coffee daily, with same amount of caramel, but tastes different many times. Sometimes I taste the caramel, sometimes not at all.
I should have the option of putting in cream and caramel myself. I pay for the caramel but don’t know if they’re putting it in.
