I ordered my meal over the app and paid for the tomatoes and extra lettuce for my spicy chicken sandwich but they completely missed the chicken patty. I had to come back and ask for it to be remade.

When we walked in, all the tables were dirty. I was with my kids, so I didn’t want them touching everything because nothing was clean. The women’s bathroom was even worse — the sink had muddy dirt around it, there were seat covers all over the floor, and there was even urine on the floor. It smelled awful! It was really disgusting.
Usually when we go through the drive-through, the service is great. They check everything and they’re awesome. But eating inside is not the same — it’s not a good experience.
On a positive note, the people who work here are really nice and helpful. But I think management really needs to be more attentive to the cleaning schedules and make sure everything stays clean. They seriously need to do way better with their cleaning and upkeep.

Drive through lines take absolutely forever. Showed up in line at 10:10 took over 20 mins to get to my order but only 4 cars ahead of me…missed breakfast hours entirely because of staff and their ability to do the same job that is every single day, serve food. Not like the job changes or gets any more challenging or complex on different days. Staff incompetent. And yes I’ve been to McDonald’s with nice and ABLED staff, this ain’t one of them

Today this is my first time ever making a complaint.
I usually don’t mind and try to be understanding of those that work in the food industry.
However something really odd happen and affected my meal for that morning.
On January 27th, 2026 around 7:30am I had made an order.
When making the order online I went through the drive through speak to someone. I could hear laughter in the background.
Then coming to the window I spoke to someone and they told me that the sauce I order the hot and honey sauce was really good. I found it a bit odd but kindly replied and said thank you for the recommendation.
After that and receiving my order I realized I didn’t have a straw which that I didn’t mind.
That wasn’t my issue. My issue was that reaching in my bag felt sticky.
I realized that a sauce packet was stab which seem like a knife stab it and was on purpose left in my bag.
That really ruin my morning.
I took a picture and attach my receipt towards it.
I hope people understand that it doesn’t take much to be kind. We all have days that go off or wrong, but doesn’t mean to disrespect others especially if we don’t know them.
Probably won’t be ordering from this area anymore after what happened! /:

Place is busy all the time. And I usually have good service and quick not yesterday though. Seemed super long for a cheeseburger and fries.

I ordered off of DoorDash. The food came, and I opened the bag, to see.. no forks or spoons that I ordered, no straws so we had to sip on cold soda, broken soda cap, and worse of all.. pink. meat. in my quarter pounder, do not recommend, just go to In-N-Out!

They took to long the girl in the drive thru didn’t know what she was doing, they said they didn’t have happy meals and when I went to the window she said because they want to charge more and that she wasn’t supposed to tell me that that’s ridiculous. Not to mention the food was stale

Typical McDonald’s restaurant… lots of seats, fairly good service but the bathrooms are a little dirty… lots of parking here snd has a good outside seating section if you want to eat outside

The Indian lady working at the drive thru on 8/14/25 at 10 pm was very rude and rolling her eyes when I was just trying to pick up a Mobil order. I go here all the time since it’s by my house but I guess certain workers can’t serve locals.
The East Asian lady was nice and quickly helped me when the other lady didn’t finish serving me and ignored me. She always served me well in the past.
Please don’t hire people with attitudes and don’t want to serve people. I don’t want to stop going to your location because of a horrible experience.
