I do not eat McDonalds. I come here twice a week to facilitate a foster care meeting.
I’m writing just to say how nasty this McDonalds is. They have a terrible fly problem. Every single week there are tons of flies inside. I sat her and counted 32 flies in the main didn’t area. They are everywhere. I can see them flying around in the kitchen too. The pics I posted show just two that are on the glass behind my head and one I just killed that landed on my table. Even if I did eat McDonalds I wouldn’t eat here.

I wanted to praise the 2 people who were assisting all the customers. Both remained calm and courteous even though some customers were getting upset because orders were taking over 15 min during breakfast on a Saturday morning. It was really busy but their customer service skills were excellent.

I liked it when drive thrus were when you drove through and left. Not drive thru, then park for 15 minutes, then have one of your food items scolding hot and the rest ice cold. Go to a different location, this is one is the worst in this area.

Drove here for some reason only accepting cash and mobile orders need to go inside for mobile orders! I only had my card I was already in line would have been nice to have a sign prior to entering drive thru and waiting!

This McDonald’s did an “EPI FAIL” this morning with multiple people waiting in the drive-through and not one employee would acknowledge any of us waiting stupidly looking at each other. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk to the drive up window asking someone through the glass if they were open and we are at 5:15 already…. I guess Jack-in-the-Box down the street got all their business today because this was ridiculous.!!!!
I really wonder if corporate knows how this McDonald’s is being really run ????

We love this McDonald’s! My son and I come here basically daily for breakfast. We go inside to eat.
The workers here all work their tails off. This is such a crazy crazy busy location and no matter what they always work work work.
It’s not the best parking lot layout for the amount of traffic they get although they almost always never fail get our food right.
Doesn’t matter if I mobile order, inside pickup , drive thru or curb side – they always get our custom orders right.
If they don’t , they gladly make it right without questioning you.
Every morning the custodial crew is cleaning and mopping the inside and out. There is always a manager working in the front , hustling too.
P.S. their play place is open from 11am – 8pm!!!!! (it may close earlier)

I had to leave a comment about this location. I stopped inside and just wanted a plain biscuit. The cashier saw me looking at the menu looking for an option to order a plain biscuit & helped me order it. Didn’t know it would be a bit tricky with their menu, but regardless I was immediately assisted at the touchscreen kiosk. I decided to stay and eat there instead of taking it to go like I originally asked the cashier. Upon opening my order, I had a muffin with egg n cheese instead of a plain biscuit. .. I politely asked the same cashier ( Charlene) who had helped me order it if I could possibly get a plain biscuit. She was so incredibly helpful genuine in her apology and fixed my order within less then 2-3 mins from taking the order back. She displayed the same with every customer who came in. She should be rewarded in some fashion for setting a level of expectation to deliver excellent customer service to each customer coming in thru the door.
She stood out from the whole staff there, McDonalds should have a Charlene in all their restaurants! Thank you for your hard work and excellent service, Charlene. This location is lucky to have you there.

Avoid at all cost. Workers are super slow. Waited over 30 min for trash quality. Nothing about this place is fast just very disappointing. Time is more precious so never eating McDonalds again… ugh

It’s a McDonald’s. But I think the drive through is incredibly slow at this one! Been in line for 30 minutes now and there were not that many cars in front of me. I could have walked across the street got an In and Out burger and got back in the time it took them to get to me. This is crazy!!
