Ordered online, arrived to pick up, was told to wait outside. Waited my whole lunch break and proceeded to have to walk over to the convenience store to get food there since this SLOW store can’t make food… This isn’t the first time but this was the worst time. Even after going inside the convenience store, this McDonalds did not even have my food. I may be looking to take my business to another McDonald’s that can fulfill orders..

I used my rewards points at drive through for a free cheeseburger. When I opened the bag several miles away there was no cheeseburger only the rest of the order. It was for 2 people other person had to share their food due to this. I would like my points added back to account not fair!!!

Ryan helped me with my order that needed special accommodations and he was phenomenal. Perfect service perfect food and it seemed like everything was ran well in the back. Everything was clean and the few people there were pretty nice and happy with their food as well.

The manager Woman in the Morning Doesn’t barley speak English, she was rude on top of us waiting 10 mins standing in line like we didn’t exist when there was no one else there, just a crappy experience you can definitely see the heavy decline in customer service, company is picking from the bottom of the barrel

Good service, friendly staff and tasty food just as you would find at most locations I’ve been in so far. PLUS, this is a ‘shared location’ with a Chevron Station that includes a “Mini-Mart’ as well.

Just left from ordering at the drive through and Marisol took my order I and got it all wrong then denied I even ordered there. I don’t understand how you cry for 20 and hour but still work at a 15 dollar pace. My wife went to go politely get the order correct and instead Marisol chose to argue.
