Lunch time is very busy but the staff are very quick. Customer service 5 star. My order accuracy 4 stars pictured below with a copy of the receipt. I order two filet fish sandwiches with extra tarter sauce and a small fries with lite salt. I received two filet fish sandwiches no tarter sauce and the fries lite salted. I returned to the restaurant with my receipt and pictures of the sandwiches and manager replaced my meal and add a large fry to my order with no issue so even though they made a mistake they fixed it without any problems so that is why I gave them a 5 start. Location always makes the food fast, solid customer service and a majority of the time the orders are correct which is more than I can say for most.
The one flaw, is the stinginess on the fries! With how expensive everything is now, we should be getting what we pay for. Every single time the fries are half full. This picture was taken after eating THREE fries and wondering why I was feeling nothing but cardboard when I went to snag a couple more. Just would like to get my monies worth.

Ordered online, input my stall number, waited for over 20 minutes, finally had to go inside. They have a button to hit so you can alert someone in the back. The associates were nicez my order took and additional 12 minutes for a total time of 32 minutes, and my order was still wrong.
I will say that this location is usually pretty good. I do not expect perfection, but I expect better than what was provided today.

Fast food is supposed to be fast/ reasonable timing, I’ve waited for my food for 15 minutes before on a little order. It’s truly ridiculous. Like I can literally feel myself age while waiting for my food sometimes. Please get your shit together

Might be the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Go there maybe once every week or two and out of the last 8 times, 6 have been horrible experiences. Terribly long weights, indifference to the fact that there is a long wait, no acknowledgment of how poor the service is. Just do yourself a favor and compare the experience of this junk restaurant and an In-N-Out Burger. Night and day difference. I will not return to this restaurant.

They had the door open we went to eat. The manager said they forgot to lock it we had to leave. All while my kid is screaming because she was hungry.
We go to the drive through and they make us wait 10 min at another window. Then they dont give no sauces.
I had to get out and walk back to the drive through window. Where the cashier asked me what I was missing. I told her then she asked me again. And I said everything I just told you. She said I’ll get it to you and closed the window.
No apology from no one!!! Handed it and slammed the windows again. Horrible service!

Hands down best McDonald’s around it does get busy around breakfast lunch and dinner but there is definitely a reason for that…. I have been going to this n Donald’s pretty much weekly for the last 10 years and I went to one in Anaheim and I didn’t realize how lucky I had been for this McDonald’s to be ran like it’s supposed to be ran. 10/10 all day
