I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to one of your McDonald’s locations.
On January 14, 2026, at approximately 11:58 a.m., I visited McDonald’s restaurant #616 (KS#2, Side 1), located at 9852 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92844-3694. I specifically requested fries with no salt. When I asked if this request could be noted on my receipt, the manager informed me that it would not be added. She identified herself as the manager during our interaction.
In the past, I have experienced situations where requests for no salt were overlooked, or the fries were re-cooked but still came out salted. I was hoping that having the request clearly noted would help avoid this issue. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, which left me feeling disappointed.
I truly appreciate the hard work of restaurant staff and understand how busy things can be. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it may help improve communication and consistency when customers make specific dietary requests.
Thank you for taking the time to review my comments. I value McDonald’s and hope future visits will be more positive.

Jonathan finally a quick employee who didn’t give you attitude he actually was doing his job. The other guy long well his name says it all he’s slow and always has an attitude. Pies where hot and my Carmel frap actually had that extra drizzle I paid for. ****

delicious food, but I’m giving one star because the girl was sorry to give me two ranch dressings. Usually the McDonald’s chain has friendlier people who serve. I also want to take the toilet, which is not cleaned and dirty.

The manger or employee made a scene and called me a scam artist because the kiosk they make you use gave me two free sauce packets. Refused to give me my food, which was undercooked, until i gave them 50 cents. They yelled at me in a crowded restaurant over 50 cents and then gave me undercooked food i had to finish myself in the airfryer. I will never step foot in this McDonalds ever again.

Pretty good!
The food was hot, freshly made, and fast! We’ve been coming here since we were little and are glad to see the new modern upgrades. The place is pretty popular since it’s on a really busy street. They have mobile kiosks which make it a lot more convenient to order from during peak time.
The parking lot is pretty small, though, so it can get difficult but I recommend parking in the plaza next to it and just walking. The seats and chairs were kind of sticky so they probably don’t have anyone to clean.
Nevertheless, still recommend it!

Went here cuz Norm’s $.72 Anniversary breakfast would have a long line by the time we arrived. I ordered the Deluxe Breakfast with Muffin and a Large Coffee for 10 times cost of Norm’s, but only about 10 minutes wait! Enjoyed the breakfast at Mile Square Park!

Lady in the back mandated that I could only have ONE sauce for a LARGE fry, then said she will charge me .25 cents per extra and pointed to the sauce policy board talking about sauce limits for orders, but it only talk about CHICKEN NUGGETS. It’s not the 25 cents that matters it’s the message behind it. Took 25 minutes for a large fry and they aren’t slammed.
