My cheese burger had no cheese. I clearly bite my sandwich. I said it was fine it wasn’t remade just please add cheese. The employees were joking and laughing that I bite the sandwich and gave it back to me like this. Mayo dripping off the side. Service was awful. Manager was laughing with them. 5:55 pm.

Worker was unprofessional, couldn’t hear me over the speaker asked me to come to window 2, i waited 20 mins to finally get to window to be told I needed to go back through drive thru to put in my order. And then when I frustratedly went back around she refused to service me. Like it was my fault she didn’t do her job right I want corporate to look into this and or reach out as that is unacceptable

The absolute worst McDonalds around. Literally went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and when I asked for an ice water, I was told that it would be $1.50. When I questioned why I would be charged $1.50 for an ice water, the response was, and I quote “nothings free, cups and sauce cost money” What a sleazy establishment…even by fast food standards. I really don’t know what is with this place and chicken but I ordered chicken nuggets from here today and they forgot them somehow but put the sauce in the back. A while ago I ordered a mccrispy and they forgot the ENTIRE meal and fries. Is something wrong there? Please double check your bags. Food is good but be prepared to be missing stuff.

Cannot believe how rude drive thru girl was!! She handed me my diet coke and said, “diet coke”.. I didn’t understand she was asking me if it was mine. She said” YES, NO?” in such a rude tone of voice then she closed the window and made fun of me to another employee! I could hear every word she was saying in her version of what happened laughing the whole time. I have noticed all the bad reviews for this location. Maybe the owner needs to investigate why their employees are so unhappy.

I sent a detailed explanation to the customer service email address posted on the pick up window, but long story short, my burger was raw, the crew was rude as hell about it, and the manager wants you to inspect the color of your food before you leave apparently, and my god, make sure they give you a receipt with your mobile order.
What a joke. I’ll just stay hungry after work. This late night team is a diaster.

I ordered a five dollar fan meal in the drive through lane with honey mustard and sprite. My 4 piece nuggets only had two nuggets in it and they forgot my sauce. They also didn’t give me my sprite until I asked for it again.
