So this place is near Disneyland and a bit hidden, signs are not easily visible and limited entrance. It wasn’t crowded at 12 noon on a Saturday afternoon. The drive thru menu screen is bright and clear for reading. We just ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and fries meal that came with a drink. The fries didn’t even come full but tasted okay and still hot. The drink lid is so flimsy that once I tried to place it in the car cup holder it popped off and spilled in my car. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to just go through the motions. They didn’t greet much, eye contact was at initial exchange but nothing after that just a quick window close. This meal cost about $12.00 and most likely won’t return to this location.

Made a breakfast order for drive thru at 1020. The drive thru line took 20 min. Then they said sorry your order is canceled since its after 1030… un un excusable! Do better management whole family was disappointed… went to jack in the box… where we should have gone to begin with apparently.

I came here for a DoorDash pickup and had a very bad experience. They have two separate lanes — one for drive-thru and one for lobby pickup — but even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy, I still had to wait 35 minutes just for a small order with two burgers.
One staff member came and asked for the customer name, but nothing happened for 20–25 minutes. Then another person came again and asked the same question, and I still had to wait another 10 minutes. It felt like they were intentionally delaying all DoorDash orders.
This really affects drivers and customers. If the manager is reading this, please take this seriously and improve the pickup process.

Food is so much more expensive than it use to be with less. Prices are on the rise every where though.
This makes a great stop when we first get to Anaheim and waiting for the park to open, breakfast.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I was in line for over 30 min. I only ordered 1 Mcchicken sandwich and they made me wait on the side after I payed and cars behind me got their food first. Then when I get home I see they gave me a spicy chicken instead of the regular. Never going back to that location again.

I went to this McDonald’s because it has a playground. The playground is amazing is inside the restaurant. My child had a lot of fun. Is clean and service is good.

Half the kiosks down. Endless scrolling thru cumbersome menus make it take forever to place an order. Then there’s the 6 pop-ups wasting your time.
From the order to receiving the food was slower than I was anticipating too.
