Completely messed up my order. The food came out look warm and fries cold. The kiosk is not applying discounts on advertising deals. The cashier messed up my order, the kitchen servers messed up my order. Missed one burger and brought out 15 minutes later with one patty instead of double patty in a quarter pounder ordered and paid. The only positive point the server came out to our table apologized and gave 2 coupons for future visits. Hence no good experience at this McDonald!

They are brought down to a 2 for the service. Typical McDonald’s staff with attitude and asking you to pull your car to the front for a small order so they can optimize their drive thru metrics. The latest visit I was interagated by the staff regarding the exact details of my order when they brought it out to the pickup area. I provided my order number and name and he wanted me to repeat every single item in my order before providing it to me. Poor customer service, but this is on brand for McDonalds so I digress.

It’s not the best choice for fast food! People had to leave because of long wait time! The food is pretty bad my wife got sick she got the spicy deluxe sandwich and I got the Big Mac..well, it is not even that big my hand is bigger. Long story short never going back!

Rene, the general manager, was awesome. He was still smiling when he was busy with drive thru, he had to run to the window to hand the order to the customers in the car, and made a fresh new coffee after tossed away the old one when I ordered. Thanks Rene!

I’m going to blame the owner or the manager, but not fulfilling orders from the app exactly as they are accepted is dishonest. If the location has a problem with the app they have to take it with corporate not modify orders without the customer’s knowledge, and then explaining to them that Thw app was wrong to let you order free sauces.

This McDonald’s is great because it’s always hot and fresh , the other one closer to where I live on main and MacArthur is the opposite. Stale food. The service is better at this location as well.

The food’s is good and the service is good they didn’t have towels in the bathroom and no trsh bin in the restroom and the place very small inside, there’s lots of parking spaces.
