I only needed a small cup of black coffee. Since I hate using a kiosk to place my order, I was so pleased with the gracious and professional young woman at the counter. She quickly got me my order, processed my cash payment, and wished me a wonderful day. Wowee.

Probably one of the most unsanitary, unclean McDonald’s I have ever been to!!
The tables were all nasty, and there was a cockroach literally next to a table on the window.
I walked out.
Don’t recommend. This place needs to be closed.

Roadtrip dinner on a Friday night. Got my order less than 5 minutes after placing it at the kiosk. The interior was very clean, including the bathroom. Service was friendly, I asked for an extra few sauce packets and the worker got me some no issues. All in all a positive experience just the break I needed on my trip.

Waited 30 mins for cold food becouse they are all focused on how many cars they can get out of the drive-thru. Horrible service the runner just slams food on the counter yells a number while he’s already bagging the next drive thru order. Put out 10 orders in drive-thru to 1 in the packed lobby everyone waited at least 15 min. While I was sitting down waiting 30min for my order. Place is horribly ran.

The is one of the worst McDonald’s by far that I’ve been to. And dang it sucks that it’s sitting right in the middle of a higher income city. This place is trash compared to everything else around it. I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s about 30 times over the past several months. I’ve been when it’s day shift, evening shift, and night shift. The morning shift is ALWAYS short and hateful towards you. From the second you pull up to the ordering menu to the moment you leave the parking lot after waiting 15 minutes for just a sweet tea and a hasbrown. The evening crew seems to not know how to run the show because every time I have went in the evening I have seen them scrambling to get orders together everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It’s distasteful. And the night crew… well you might as well not go here for your late night hungry because they only thing the night crew can accomplish is pissing you off and making you wait 30 minutes for a 10pc nugget meal.. I continue to come to this McDonald’s in hopes that one day it’ll change and simply just because it is convenient. However the managers really need to have a talk with all of the crew working at this place. Maybe one day I can pull up and get my food without having to wait an extra 30 minutes. Or maybe this McDonald’s is just a lost cause and needs to be closed permanently. You decide.

30 minutes to get through the drive thru start to finish. Nobody had a big order, it was the people working inside. Then I saw them start to hand off our order to tbe car in front of us. They must’ve taken 5 minutes per car at the window. Definitely not fast food. Never had a McDonald’s be so slow. Then I get up to the food window and it just looks like the manager is yelling at everyone.

6 people deep trying to order in the lobby. Manager and customer get into an argument and manager throws a burger at someone and it went right by my head and hit the door. I was holding my daughter who was crying because she got her hand closed in the door to the playground. They were Cursing and yelling and then a few moments later manager acted like it did not happen 12:45ish on Jan 6th.
I just walked out. Owner needs to know how it was handled.

I use to love coming here. They used to have friendly staff and it was always extremely clean. The playground was always cleaning and cold. We haven’t been in a while and today was awful. Our food tasted like it was sitting out for a while. All new staff and not friendly at all. The worst part was how dirty that place was and it was hot in there. Truly disappointed.

I haven’t gone to a McDonald’s in a long time. Wow, things have changed! Yes they have a drive thru, however the inside has no cashier. It has kiosks to order. It took me a minute to get it. I knew what I wanted, The Big Breakfast, I just couldn’t find it right away. Order and pay at the kiosk then take your number which is your code on the kiosk and have a seat. A live person shortly after brought me my order. Great convenient location, but not your typical high visibility McDonald’s location. They have an indoor kids play gym. Plenty of parking. I guess you can order ahead and pop inside and grab your order that is waiting for you in a pre-order area. And yes, even the Kiosk will ask you if you would like fries with that.

I only gave this place a four-star because it’s a little different where it’s all automated on the inside with a kiosk to do orders and I wasn’t really that familiar with that. However, it was very clean food came out quickly they have a play area for kids TVs to watch
