If I could give him no star I would. Me and my boyfriend just ordered 1 large black iced coffee, and a mocha frappe which we used the reward for the black iced coffee and we paid the medium mocha frappe through online app, and he’s saying that he only has the black iced coffee, and didn’t even care about our order and rushing. He’s currently working right now at the drive thru, he is tall white person. He needs to learn how to do a customer service and be patient more. It’s not about taking order so fast and giving orders right away at the drive thru. You have to check if you customers has the things that they paid for, because money is not free.

Not 24hrs. Both windows had lights off. Saw employees walking around were customers eat/look like they were leaving at 2am. If something was off, a sign that said close would have been appropriate but we all know how McDonald’s is. Don’t claim 24 hrs when you’re not that-set up reasonable/realistic hours especially when you literally located in a tourist area (3 hotels)

This is hands down the WORST McDonald’s in the area! I get off late at night. 11:00 pm yo around 2:00 am I don’t care what time I go there between these hours, they always have some excuse why they aren’t serving food! Last night on 5-18-2023 at 11:30 pm I went through the drive through and after 5 minutes a guy comes on and says, “Sorry, we aren’t taking orders” It’s ALWAYS something! ALWAYS! It’s either they aren’t taking orders, they are only taking cash or “we are closed for the next hour, sorry” Hey owner, aren’t you wondering why your sales are down at night? It’s because u are sending your would be customers to In N Out or Jack in The Box, right down the street! They have a line wrapped around with cars and u guys, “we aren’t taking orders right now” You are losing so much business! I will NEVER stop at your place again!

My order was a follows-a fish sandwich WITH tartar sauce and cheese, as well as a large coke, no ice, half diet/half regular. Period. What I received was a full sugar coke and a fish sandwich missing tartar sauce, the same ingredient I emphasized to be on the sandwich. It took forever.
