Update: just go to the other branch, this location is always doing something wrong, she rung us for 4 mc chickens and sauce and didn’t give us either. Nor did they salt the fries on the other part. The only thing good is that it didnt take that long but they also wouldn’t ring us up for the stuff they missed. She even repeated our order to us.

Is there anyway to give negative stars? Ordered from the kiosk at at 12:34pm on 2/22/26. The store was a little busy with the after church crowd. Used the restroom a few times, it was disgusting, unclean, and stunk of bodily fluids. After a 45 minute wait, yes you read that right, a 45 minute wait for “fast food” , I requested a refund. The manager, was not professional about it. In all if you can avoid this place like the plague, I would.

We waited 45 minutes to receive hard dried out food! The fries were over cooked, the burger dry, buns were hard as though it had been sitting on a counter for a wile. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sandwich as well…. this specific McDonald’s seems to be progressively going downhill every time I go there…. people spend too much money dining out for them screw it up or produce such poor quality so frequently….

We waited about 30 minutes on our food nobody would come up to the cash register to take our order hardly no employees working. Drive through was full that’s what they were focused on.if it was this bad they should have closed the front and just did drive through.also the employees were rude.

Order is consistently wrong and young lady at the window is extremely rude. I’ve been here three or four times in the past two weeks and donated to the Ronald McDonald house every time with the exception of today. When I told them no today, I got major attitude. How about you donate part of your hourly wage then? Please drop the attitude.

Waited 20 minutes at curbside before going in to inquire about my order. The lady at the counter saw me coming in, asked if I was curbside and shoved the bag into my hands. No apology for the delay (it was 2 sandwiches), no have a good day, just “here” and walk away.

I ordered two double and a large fry last night with a drink using the app and had modifications, no ketchup, no mustard and extra salt on the fries. I had ketchup, mustard and no salt. Thanks, I’m allergic to tomato products and it sent me to the bathroom for a bit. You’re lucky it isn’t a lethal allergy. Pay more attention, luckily you won’t have to for me since I am not returning to this place.

i do hate to be a bad review kind of person but the cashier was giving the middle finger to people walking in while we were at the window, several items were wrong or missing, and the main reason i chose to make the review: there was a sticker in my burger. it’s mcdonald’s so my expectations were low and honestly i didn’t even go back up to resolve the issue then which is on me.

I ordered a cheese burger happy meal no bun and nothing on it just meat and cheese and they gave me a cheeseburger no bun like I asked but they put onions and ketchup they made me pull up for a piece of meat and a slice of cheese amd waited 7 minutes for it
