Not a huge fan of self serve…..yet. I prefer to place my order with a person, a live staff, that speaks, communicates, greets, smiles, operates a cash register and then says thank you at the end of transaction. And then, says “next customer, please” (as cashier sees you).
My food was good. French fries steaming hot. Perfect.
Place was sterile looking but clean and spacious.
Lots of staff working in the back and kitchen area.

We ordered sauces which cost extra through the self automated service, and when we received our meal, the sauces were not on the tray. We walked up to the counter, and asked about the sauces that were missing. The manager happened to assist us, and then he decided to inform us that they were out of those sauces that we paid for.
Paying patrons shall be informed of any item that is not available. There was no attempt to inform us, and we had to go up to the counter, and ask.
He did provide us sauces that are also an extra cost in lieu of the ones we ordered.
This made us wonder what would’ve happened if we didn’t inquire about the sauces we paid for.
Also, it’s quite noticeable how much smaller sandwiches keep getting, and prices continue to rise. Between big business, huge profits, and today’s notion of theft left a very bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended…
It’s these occasions that remind me of why we eat at fast food restaurants once a month, and also makes me regret eating at fast food restaurants at all…

Terrible customer service. Came through the drive thru to get an ice cream cone and was greeted with do we have a code and when we said no they said “go ahead” instead of what can I get for you? They said the ice cream was down which was okay and when we asked for him to give us a minute the guy replied with “WHAT” all rudely. We left because I’m not going to spend my money at an establishment that can’t even teach their employees good customer service. When we drove by window 1 there were two guys just talking and now I see why he was talking the way he was because he was too busy trying to talk to his coworker.

It sucks that employees walk by the customers waiting in front of the counters waiting to be helped. It’s as if they were invisible. No greeting, no offer for help. I understand that the ordering stations are avaible but people will not learn or use them overnight.

Completely unacceptable. This McDonald’s doesn’t have a baby changing station in either restroom, so I was forced to change my baby on a bench inside the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting and humiliating. How can a place that calls itself “family friendly” not have such a basic necessity? It’s 2025 — there’s no excuse for this level of neglect. I’ll never come back to this location until they fix it.

Charged me for take out order, it’s on my bank statement but told me the order was canceled ? And refused to give me it or help at all. Will contact my bank for assistance. Normally good but idk what happened today.

Decided to change my review because I have had to make complaints twice now to the main office because of rude staff. Tonight, I went through the drive thru and was asked to park, but there was a large vehicle in front of me and when I said I didn’t feel comfortable, the manager got mad and starting yelling and telling me he’ll just give me a refund. When I said I just wanted my food and I didn’t mind waiting, he got angrier and slammed the window, but I could still hear him calling me a bunch of cuss words. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I think his name was Matty. I reported it to the main office too, but that’s the last time I ever go to this McDonald’s for sure.
