I recently visited the newly remodeled McDonald’s branch and found the experience to be on par with my expectations from the brand. The updated decor was visually appealing, but the overall experience was in line with what I’ve come to anticipate from most McDonald’s outlets. The menu, service, and overall atmosphere remained consistent with the familiar McDonald’s experience.

Drive thru is decently quick. Rather polite. Annoyed how they instantly have their employees trained to ask “are you going to be using the mobile app today” I’d bet 80% of their customers say no. They need to get rid of this idea and stop asking.

Went through drive through today after working long hours and ordered my daughter a happy meal with chicken nuggets to only find out it was a container filled with sauce made up of ketchup and mayo so the little a hole really took there time to take my money and leave me with sauce. Horrible service. The girls at the drive-thru during the late afternoon were so rude. The little one with the braids or curls was super rude left me talking and closed the window on me. Then comes another one with an efd up attitude and stares at me instead of asking me what I need. Your egos are too high for working at a McDonald’s. It’s a shame that you get 1 star considering the morning crew is always very attentive and polite.

Tends to over prep the food and you get older food from the heat lamp that is dry. Service is extremely slow and they are not organized. No one pays attention the cash register or counter so it take a long time to order.

The staff are nice enough but I swear they try to push you through this line and it loses any sort of customer service. I’m fine with that though, its fast food. But I have never left this McDonalds with my entire order. Every time. Theres a missing drink, food, sauce that was asked for… whatever it might be, there is always something. Maybe instead of focusing on pushing cars through faster, you should focus on ensuring the entire order is there.

I placed my order through the app for curbside pickup up, my food took 35 mins! It was a shake and a chicken sandwich. At 25 mins, my sandwich came. I had to call the store to get them to bring my shake out. The employee who delivered my sandwich curbside knew he forgot my shake, said he would be right back and never came back. This is how my sandwich looked. I ordered the regular and got the spicy.

My food was definitely fresh and served hot, but they put an exorbitant amount of sauce . Which made the entire bun both sides on the outer side of the bun a slimy mess. Fries were hot but not done the way I asked. The clerk at the 1st window had an unwelcoming attitude. But I’ll just chalk that up to having to deal with rude customers all day.

Placed an order through the app for numerous breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Manager and staff could not find my order in the system. In good faith manager gave me the food after seeing proof of the paid order. Thank you to whoever worked at 5 in the morning today! Enjoy the rest of your day!

Went through the drive thru for a special treat for my son who is 6. He wanted a mcflurry, after repeating the order to the employee twice to ensure we were getting the ice cream and not the coffee, they rudely said, “ya I got it”. When we pulled up and received the order it was a frappe. When my husband went in to tell them they still made us pay for the correct item. Definitely will not be visiting this location again
