We ordered the 8pc family meal and was charged $28.29 but when we got to the table they had an advertisement for an 8pc for $20. The manager went on to tell us that the two sides had to be mashed potatoes and gravy but the ad says it comes with two large sides period…. The manager didn’t care whatsoever and did nothing about our situation

Absolutely trash! Couldn’t even make it out of the restaurant without puking. Then went out to the parking lot to finish being sick. The food was heavily overpriced and dry. Super bland. Everything was sticky and just gross. The atmosphere was dirty feeling. Definitely wish I never ate here and 110% wish I had never waisted my money on this garbage

I had a hair in my food, me being a fast food worker previously so I understand accidents happen however when I politely requested another dinner seeing how I had only eaten a few fries and one chicken nugget….. I said I understood. To my surprise I was denied another comp. Dinner as well as a pathetic half attempt out of the cashier an apology. I requested a refund and yet was denied due to the few fries and one chicken nugget I had eaten. I’m utterly shocked of the coldness of my food, the unsanitary hair, the cashiers lack of any remorse, the denial of another dinner. So I sat with my husband while he eat his dinner while I had to go without…. This is by far worst experience I’ve had at kfc not to mention fast food restaurant

I ordered the meal for two when I walked in the told me the tenders were frozen I said ok I’ll wait I stood there for 30 minutes with nothing so I finally raised my voice and the manager came up to me and I asked where are my tenders and she stated we’re not cooking no more tonight so I asked what was I going to be given, they gave me 3 dried out thighs the sides were dried out from sitting in the bag for long the biscuit they gave me was hard as a rock, then to top it off they never gave me the drinks I paid for, this kfc lost a customer tonight I’ll go to Popeyes or Chick Fil A at least they won’t make me wait 30 minutes and still not even get the food I ordered

Every single time I’ve visited this location they always seem to be behind and have no chicken cooked or it’s old and dried out. But also has left chicken out and apparently can’t even count a 3pcs of chicken. The manager needs to be fired because they cannot manage.

Online order said it was ready. Waited 40 minutes after getting there and was told they didn’t have what I ordered. Still charged me and didn’t fix anything. Only had one person dealing with people (he was friendly and apologetic) while several others were sitting or standing around. Will never come back.

BEWARE, seriously. Afraid to eat at any kfc now. Some kind of weird coating on my gums, had to use alcohol mouthwash, and hot water and rinse my mouth repeatedly to wash whatever this GUNK is out. What does this do to your insides? How do you get rid of that? Not good, America, not good at all. An insult. Goodbye. Now i remember why i have not eaten there in 20+ years ( 4 months later…no response no one st kfc cares) a year later….HELLO? POOR OLE COLONAL HARLEN SANDERS. No response whatsoever to this review.
