Completely got my order incorrect and were surprised when I had to ask for items. Didn’t even give me my drinks and messed up my special order, adding cheese to my hamburgers when I have lactose intolerance and specifically requested hamburgers. This is the last time I’m dealing with this, the never get food out in a timely manner, profits over people I guess. They will survive not having my business because they are the only McDonald’s in San Jacinto aside from the satellite in Walmart. Go to Jack n the Box instead if you want good food you don’t have to sit in a parking spot for.

Food is not freshly cooked… Manny times the fries are just warm or old. They give you a hard time when you á ask them to take your order rather than use the order machine. They make you wait 10 minutes or more before taking your order.. and are not friendly.

My recent order was missing two items and included one incorrect item. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this location. It is unreasonable to expect customers to return and wait a second time for items they already paid for. Whether the issue stems from a lack of attention to detail or something more deliberate, it leaves the impression that customers cannot rely on this restaurant to fulfill orders accurately. At this point, it raises the question: why would anyone continue to return to a location that consistently fails to meet basic expectations of service and trust? Issues like this reflect poorly not just on this location, but on the McDonald’s brand as a whole.

This is the worst experience!!!
I placed a online order went through drive-thru to pick up my order. The wait in line was about 10-12mins.. then after going to the window was told to pull around and wait by the curb that the food would take 7mins to prepare .. We waited another 15mins outside and another 5mins inside before we could speak to anyone working there… it appeared to be 3 young boys and 2 women is all I could see one was the manager. All of these people were moving so slow with no purpose no sense of urgency no care for the customers having to wait extended amounts of time for their food.. One would think that niw making 20.00 + dollars an hour they would have a more sense of urgency.. Then on top of that the double quarter pounder that had to be prepared was cold the double cheese burger was cold… Will never visit this location again and we live with in walking distance…
