Made an on mobile app for curveside pick up they took more than 20 min so I went inside to pick it cause they were taking to long to bring it out. Iget inside my order was just sitting in the corner while they were helping the customers that had ordered inside the restaurant first. I asked for my order she fave it to me didn’t even get an I am sorry or thanks come home and opened up my I had 2× deluxe breakfast in one of them they didn’t even get what you call a portion of egg food was cold

Terrible service. I went today, 10/25/25, at 1:00 a.m. I wanted to order a caramel frappe and a McFlurry, but they told me they didn’t have any. I only ordered large fries, a McChicken, and a medium soda, and the fries were horrible, very cold and hard, and the chicken sandwich was the same. They also told me they didn’t have ranch dressing. It’s always the same at this McDonald’s, especially at night, and they didn’t give me a receipt either.

The drive through and parking lot were super clean and the landscaping looks really nice. The food was delicious, I felt that maybe the ladies at the window could have been more friendly other than that they did fine. Drive through line moved super quick which was really surprising since it was lunch rush.

They took forever to get my order and plus they messed it up too. I asked for a plain Fillet Fish no sauce and no cheese on it. What do I get Fillet Fish with cheese. Please you need to read the customers order before making it. That is why you waste so much food for not reading and doing the customers food order. It is not rushing the order put to read it correctly. Train your staff to do it right.

They have an A.i. robot that flips your burgers. Don’t pay without using the app. You have to use the electronic life size tablet to order anyways, might as well collect the points and get free food.
