PARKED EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don’t come here unless you want to be parked and still wait 10 mins for your food. My orders are only one burger combo. This location is the only one in the Hemet/ San Jacinto area that parks EVERY car in line. I wouldn’t mind being parked if everything was in the bag when it was brought out but I get parked every single time! I’m not even exaggerating, EVERY TIME. Half the time the order isn’t correct so I have to go back in line. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. there’s another McDonald’s 8 mins away that doesn’t park you and makes the food fresh.

normal mcdonalds food, average taste really, not bad. I only rate it a 4/5 on food because the fries are really a hit or miss. they are either too salty or not salted at all. the staff is friendly though!

Overall good experience minus two things. There was a homeless guy on the side of the front door which is understandable cause of the area. Also the cheese burger and fries that I ordered were not hot as it could be. I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for them to redo it. Overall a good experience with staff. If you plan on using the restroom, the worker has to let you in. The restroom was clean as you’ll see in the photos above

I went through the McDonald’s drive-thouton 10/09/2025 and was helped by a young girl named Selena. She was absolutely wonderful friendly, polite, and full of positive energy. Her kindness and professionalism stood out. When I got to the window, she greeted me, RARE now a days. It’s not often you meet someone who makes a quick stop for food feel so pleasant. Selena’s great attitude and customer service deserve to be recognized she truly represents this place so well.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a 40-piece nugget meal, two $6 meals, a buy-one-get-one McDouble, a Filet-O-Fish, an extra cheeseburger, and a fry with no salt. Clearly explained everything and paid at the first window. At the second window, they handed us our drinks, asked what condiments we needed, and told us to park in one of the pickup spots.
We waited, got our food, and headed home only to find they forgot the fry with no salt, a 10-piece nugget from the 40-piece meal, and two double cheeseburgers. Called to let them know and had to drive all the way back. When we got there, they told us to wait out front again, so we sat there even longer while the rest of our food at home got cold. When they finally brought out the missing items, those were cold too.
$58.57 for cold, incomplete food absolute disappointment. This happens every time we come here. They really need to hire people who actually care about getting orders right. Won’t be back!

Well if I ever needed a reason this is it. I can’t do any McDonald’s anymore. Not one in Hemet can make hot food let alone get the order right. I always use the app so the time and accuracy of my order on my part is impossible to mess up. Last 2 times the Stetson McDonald’s messed up my order and gave me cold food. This time I drove out of my way to ensure a hopefully better experience. Nope. More thrown out food. I can’t eat a bun that is hard as a rock. I pulled out the second one and the wrapper was physically cold. Fries were also stale and luke warm. There were only 2 cars ahead of me at 1130pm but that shouldn’t matter. Either management has workers pre cook food for a rush that isn’t coming , sell food from old canceled orders, or are lazy and don’t even bother to cook fresh and everything is sitting cooked all night under the heat lamps. There are no standards here. Absolutely terrible. Also, WTH do they stop serving burgers at midnight and switch to the breakfast menu only!? Smh.
