I enjoy eating at McDonald’s occasionally. Only on a couple of times have I received french fries that were not cooked all the way. Which I find concerning since they are supposed to all be on a specific timer to cook. Those wonderful fries should not be hurried.

I ordered the Big Mac Bundle and every item in the meal was either stale( The Big Mac), Cold(Chicken Nuggets), or not fully cooked( fries). I purchased the meal with an EBT card and the guy at the window announced it to his next coworker like it mattered. And it did. Lame. I advise the next customer that is going to use EBT to choose another location.

I went in this morning for a sausage, egg and cheese, Mc griddle, a sausage, McMuffin, and a medium Dr Pepper. I left with a Coke and two bacon Mc griddles.. I tried to call, but on my fifth attempt, somebody answered the phone and then just left it off the hook. I went in and a man with a yellow vest but no name tag was extremely rude and dismissive. I ordered a double cheeseburger for replacement since they weren’t serving breakfast anymore and when I got home, I found that the patty was almost completely raw.
This location is only two blocks from my home so I go there often and I can tell you that I have never had an order made correct the first time. Never. no exaggeration whatsoever. I hope this makes its way to someone at corporate because this location franchise owner needs to be checked in on. The quality control has gone out the window at this location, the customer service is negative. Every time I’ve been there, and if you ever go inside, it is not clean.

I’m LOVIN’ it… this McDonald’s has fast drive-thru service and plenty of pick-up spots for anyone using the app. I’m happy that the food also tasted great, However, one mistakes was made, the Oatmeal I ordered was totally dry and should’ve been moist. Other than that, the staff was pretty cool-headed and relaxed. The inside of the McDonald’s seemed quiet which is both strange and good for a fast food establishment. I’ll be coming back, my McMuffins were delicious!
