Came by around 9:30am. Drive thru moved a little slow and the person at the speaker didn’t seem too friendly. Had to repeat my order, which was a bit annoying. But once I got my food, it was fresh and hot, so that made up for it.

This location is always busy. Even if you order ahead on the app, you may still be waiting quite some time. The dining area could’ve used some cleaning, but I guess they were just dealing with too many orders at the time to care.

Always very clean and never over crowded. The staff there are very polite and sweet. I never have to wait very long for food, and they are super welcoming when they see my newborn every week, lol. The only downfall is that there is no changing table in the ladies’ restroom.

I wish I can give 0 stars or negative. I’m so sadden about what happened tonight on April 15 and honestly I wish I can do more, but I know it won’t get too far. My family member ordered a Spicy McCrispy in person and we both came home to enjoy dinner until she tasted the chicken cutlet was weird and we seen it was still RAW – like pink – the whole chicken cutlet/ patty! She threw up whatever she can after consuming it and we left back to ask them about the situation and if it was possible for a refund. Their response was they won’t do a refund, but can make another one. She said no to passing up on it as she’s scared for it to happening again. Along with that, the same person was still making the cutlets so honestly check your poultry and/or meats. I’ve been a loyal and fair enough consumer and buyer, but raw meat crosses the line for me to end that. I’m still upset that they didn’t understand we didn’t want to consume anything else and get refunded, but they don’t want to lose money so just BE AWARE PEOPLE! LITERALLY CUT YOUR PROTEIN AND SEE IF ITS RAW OR NOT!!!

Stood at the counter for five minutes while three McDonald’s employees ignored me. I was just getting ready to ask them if I was invisible when someone finally acknowledged me. I told him I was standing there for five minutes and he said he was the only one working the front… And???? ALL THE MORE REASON TO ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS! If you’re short staffed or busy let people know you will be with them in a minute, don’t just ignore people. How do people like this work in customer service? Pathetic and disgusting.

McFAST! My Dad walked in and bought us some McMuffins for our long day, the service was super speedy! He literally walked in and out. We arrived before 7am and there was hardly anyone in the parking lot. The location was pretty quiet throughout our visit.
I noticed this McDonald’s has a large play pen and is right off the 60 freeway. Travelers should definitely consider stopping here. It’s quite popular during the day and has its fans. I’ve always wanted to stop here since it’s on my way to Eastvale and I’m glad I did!
What food do I recommend? The classic Sausage & Egg McMuffin Combo which comes with hash browns and a tall glass of orange juice.

Order got canceled only three minutes after placing it, and was almost charged twice by morning staff when I arrived and was never told it was canceled until I got to the location. Will never go to this spot again.
