Coming here for a 49ers game was one of the best watching experiences we’ve ever had. The place is absolutely massive with bowling, games, and massive TVs for watching events. There truly is something to do here for everyone. Parking was very easy to find as there’s a massive lot outside. There’s also an outdoor area if you want to have a nice breeze while you eat but it does feel a bit separated from the rest of the place if you’re looking to split time between eating and playing. They do get very busy and don’t take reservations or have an easy to access waitlist so be prepared in case you come on a big day. We would recommend coming an hour or so before gametime to make sure you can get a good table because it did fill up quickly. Since we were here to watch the 49ers play Monday night football we also got to take advantage of their happy hour specials, which was a big plus. We loaded up on food, here’s what we got: chicken, beef, and cheese quesadillas; one pound of buffalo wings; Big Al’s nachos; and a brookie.

The food did take quite a bit of time to come out, but to be fair to them the place was packed for Monday Night Football and there were some large parties. The portions are absolutely massive and can easily feed a large party. The quesadillas were delicious, everything was really. The nachos were stacked up high and the wings were pretty good although we ordered a second set that never came, presumably because they forgot them. The brookie was also very good, a nice sendoff for all the carbs we just put down. All the food plus the ambiance of cheering (and a Niners win) made this just a fantastic experience. Big Al’s is just a fun place to be at regardless of any games but when the Niners are playing this is definitely the spot to be at!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience at Big Al’s was really disappointing. We went to claim a prize that was clearly labeled as 700 points, and the label on the shelf matched that price. However, when we went to redeem it, the representative said the system showed 1500 points instead. A few minutes later, they even changed the label to 1500 points.

It felt unfair and misleading, and we ended up leaving without claiming the prize. Hopefully, they can improve their accuracy and transparency so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Great spot for after-work happy hour! Huge sports bar with surprisingly good food and friendly service. Hot wings are a must-try — always a favorite!

Visited Big Al’s few days ago to meet a friend to play at the arcade. They have good selection of games and prizes out there which was fun.

While waiting for them to arrive, I went to go over the bar area for a drink. I usually communicate by speech to text (no bueno for venues with crowds like these, im deaf) or typing on my phone. However, the bartender, Ferdie, knew ASL so that made it easier to order a Shirley Temple (and snacks). Nice dude, very patient, and i’m grateful for that.

Overall, me and my friend enjoyed our time here. Good food, Good games, Good vibes.

Had a reservation here for the 49ers playoff game. Never came here to watch before, was a great experience! There was a line to get in but we got to skip it for the reservation. The bartender, Ferdie was super professional, kind, and quick. Right off the bat he let us know he would be right with us, which I appreciated (compared to us just standing there waiting without being greeted.) He talked to us about the playoff game, (bonus points for him wearing niners gear LOL) definitely will come back for future sporting events!!

Didn’t wait long to be seated
Server staff was attentive and orders arrived after 10 minutes of being seated. Food was delicious. Classic rib eye were tender and the loaded potatoes were delicious. The quality of meat is better than BJs. Fajitas for two were delicious. Love the black beans chilli for the fajitas. Flavors were on point. The only drawback is the rice. It was tooooo dry. Will come again.

A friend and I visited Big Al’s for a Thursday night football game. The parking lot was packed as it’s the season of holiday Christmas party’s and other fun, end of year events.
We sat at the main bar near the entrance to watch the game and was warmly welcomed by Cassandra. It was obvious the place was very busy as all seats were taken and the people continued to place orders while standing in between seated guests. Cassandra did a phenomenal job of catering to everyone while offering great service! She was being pulled in all directions and was able to manage it well. No attitude, just being transparent that it was busier than usual, kitchen items may take longer than usual; setting expectations. She kept the bar space clean and was on top of her A-game. She made her rounds and explored the bar space making sure everyone was being taken care of – being sure not to favor certain areas or customers.
Becuase of her we had a great night and will be coming back soon.

Food was delicious and came out fresh and hot.

Drinks were cold and our glasses didn’t remain empty before being asked if we were interested in another round.

Clean and well maintained area – no barflys or bugs.

Thank you Cassandra.

Cheers!

Shout to Ferdie for being an amazing bartender!! it was a pretty chill Thursday night and my friend and I were just hanging out, chatting, catching up we’d asked him for some recommendations and he pointed out 1-2 drinks on the menu based on our preference of liquor and even offered to make some off the menu drinks as well which we highly appreciated! Overall, food was also great but we’ll definitely be back because of ferdie

Dinning area lighting is very dark. A server did not come to take our order and waited 20 mins, and if you want to refill your drinks you wait and have to flag down a server if you see one. Seems they do not have enough servers. It would also be nice to have sufficient lighting in that area so we can see what we are eating.
Food quality is a so so. Also they were not that busy many tables were empty.
