IF I COULD GIVE -ZERO STARS I WOULD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I’m Here now waiting for my food.
I placed my order through the kiosk in the restaurant and it prints my receipt blank so I wait patiently or someone to help me reprint my receipt.
The Manager “ANTHONY” Happened to be working the front and bagging orders. He turns around and says “What” I show him my receipt in which was blank, He sees it and says oh what’s that with attitude.
I am a customer and I should receive the best customer service at all times, especially from a manager working in the front Being the face of the restaurant. He should be showing his workers, great customer service, and how to run business on a professional basis.
The Manager Anthony needs to be Trained on how to provide customer service, And how to handle rush hours. In a patient professional manner.

Drive through is pretty quick, even when there is a line. Orders have been accurate most of the time. Sometimes they forget to put the sauce so its a good idea to check before driving away. I usually order on the app and pick up through drive through.

Angel at the back window is a shining example of exceptional customer service at McDonald’s! He consistently greets customers warmly, makes meaningful eye contact, and engages with a genuine smile. Angel’s outstanding service is a key reason I continue to return, as he makes me feel valued and appreciated. Other than the fact, I live across the street lol His commitment to excellence is inspiring and deserves recognition. The rest of the crew can learn from his example. I would’ve gave 3 stars because it’s always a long wait (and most of the time my coffee is not correct, but I still take it) and the rest of the crew does not interact with customers, however, Angel’s positive attitude got them that 4th star!. They always shut the window right after they hand the food out; without even making sure everything is OK, shutting the window by the time I’m telling them to have a great day. Which they should be telling the customer to have a great day lol but angel never fails to do that!

Just ordered. They unchanged me for mediums drinks i did not ask for even on my happy meals. They forgot some chicken nuggets with one of my order. They didn’t give us any sauce we asked for. This is my 3rd time at this location and each time my order was wrong.

I live near this Mc Donald’s and knew better than to go to this one. I’ll usually drive to a further one but I did an online order. They took 15 minutes to get the order out which felt long but okay. They had shorted me a sandwich so I went in and asked for it. When I got home they had given me a wrong pie and the sandwich they gave me for the missing one was just bread. They don’t care and are slow just go to another one.

Almost 15 mins in the drive thru on my way to work. Now im running late over their drive thru being so slow. Do not come here before work or when u are in a hurry. Service was decent but i cannot believe i have spent so long on the drive thru!!!

Ordered a happy meal with a Coke on the side and was charged for a completely different order so then they had to take my card again and charge me for my correct order so I waited patiently for my order and they forgot to put my child’s apple juice in his happy meal and didn’t have any barbecue sauce and on my receipt You can’t even read the number to the store to contact them And I keep trying to call the store with the phone number. I got off the Internet and I get no answer.

If you want to spend 30 minutes to an hour in the drive thru this is your place. The service is so slow you would guess they have Flash(the sloth from Zootopia) running this place. I have been in the drive thru line waiting to place my order for the past 15 minutes. 10/16/24 10:30pm

Horrible ! First I wasn’t able to get my mobile order , so I canceled and went through the drive thru and asked politely for it to be fresh . Not give me what had been sitting there for half an hr already . I finally got my order and the fries were burnt . Some nuggets were burnt . One nugget didn’t even look like a nugget . And my chicken sandwich is rubbery ! I can’t even bite it . Not cooked right at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed . I would like my money back Please ! And I don’t even have a ride right now to go back and get this problem resolved . I’m so irritated

Got here at 12:35am because it said it was open till 3am. Pulled up to the drive thru and played the automated message saying it was closed. This business needs to update there hours. There was employees inside the building but they did not say anything over the speaker I sat there for 5 minutes and did this review.
