Subject: Unprofessional Service and Health Concerns – Incident on 9/21 at 5:08 AM
Dear Management,
I’m writing to express my concern about the experience I had at your location on the morning of 9/21. I arrived at the drive-thru at 5:03 AM and waited for approximately 5 minutes before deciding to proceed to the window.
When I got there, I observed an employee blowing her nose near the food preparation area, which was concerning, especially given the potential health risks involved. She seemed visibly irritated and then instructed another staff member to come to the window. I was informed that my order would take an additional 5-10 minutes because the food was not yet prepared.
At that point, I asked to speak to the manager, and Carolina came to the window. To my surprise, Carolina, who was also the employee blowing her nose, explained that they had “woken up late” and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, this response seems unprofessional, particularly for a business that opens at 5 AM.
The combination of unsanitary behavior near food, unpreparedness at opening hours, and lack of professionalism is concerning. I believe this matter should be addressed at a higher level within your organization to ensure that your customers receive the quality service and standards they expect.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the necessary steps will be taken to improve both service and hygiene at this location.

Horrible customer service
Seems like all the young people that work there cant even acknowledge you or even ask if you need any help all they do is just walk to the back and thats it.
Yesterday we where there not one person was helping anybody in the front, all i saw was workers grabbing there food and walking around, and this gentleman asked the manager im assuming he had a tie on and black hair skinny small guy if he knew anything about his order and he literally replied i dont anything and walked away.
Then me and my wife got our order and the girl that gave us order just left the bag on the counter said the number and walked away didnt ask anything looked mad to be there. Honestly the only positive sign i see there is the ladies making the food and keeping the food flowing but the young people yall have in the front cant even greet or anything there to busy in the clouds or just hate being there

I ordered a Happy Meal online, and it took over 20 minutes to be ready. It was never brought to my curbside as requested, so I had to go inside to pick it up myself. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the staff seemed indifferent and showed no concern

This is place here I got here 10:25 hoping for some breakfast and coffee , the ladies insisted we use the computer to place an order I was paying cash waiting for this customer with kids in front of me frustrated because he couldn’t place an order either , so my turn 10:37 after waiting in line , so when I place the order the lady is all like , breakfast is over @ 10:30 she said I said I got here 10:25 , so I don’t blame her, I blame the whole store , & management I even took pics of arrival time , but I was really disappointed I got there before 10:30 but it felt like forever , I simply walked away without breakfast and coffee, you really earned this review I WILL SUGGEST DONT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE THE ORDERS OURSELVES IT NEVER WORKS

Horrible from beginning to end, first of all I had to holler to get anyone’s attention to order, just left me there waiting. 2nd while I’m waiting for someone to take my order I see all the shift leads and employees making jokes and just talking in back. And the jokes were racist I overheard it myself it came from a male employee wearing the yellow vest and hat, he was bagging orders, and a female shift lead hears the joke and just laughs about it. Lastly employees saying they are out of items without fully knowing or checking. This visit was on 11/15/25 6:44pm.

Just spent over 50 dollars on food. What ever manager thought it was a good idea to short people condiments to gain profit should be let go. Terrible idea. And there is a sign that you need to pay for “extra condiments” what exactly do you consider normal and extra anyways ? I mean 2 ketchup packets for 4 large fries ? 1 bbq sauce for 20 chicken nuggets ? And to top it off , we all recieved old nasty over cooked fries. Sorry I can not go back to this McDonald’s.

Decent mcdonalds. We stopped on the way to Palm Springs. Thank Goodness we found it we were really hungry. We really like mcdonalds and have been a customer since we were kids. Good memories. We like that movie super size and the founder. That’s a must see. We haven’t had fast food for a few weeks and wow did it taste good. Nice staff. Quick drive thru.

This is the closest Mc Donald’s near us so we have no choice or i would NEVER come here. They always forget something!! I have to repeaty order a few times all the time. I was in drive through for 20 minutes waiting for two happy meals. Since i was there i got thirsty and tried to order one drink at the window they said no sorry we are busy the “manager” said thats their policy you would have to get off and order inside. I was upset but like i said i was thirsty so i ordered on the kiosk since there is no one in the front and had to wait another 10 mins for one drink. Please do better hire better people or more people.
