You have to wait in line to get service. The lettuce is not very fresh and it’s brown on the spices southwest salad. There is no seat in this place to eat your food. I barely find a parking spot for my car. The food is not the greatest. The neighborhood is good. It is overpriced to eat there. They don’t give you a lot of food for the price.

No offense to this location in particular. This chain doesn’t have good food period. The staff, of course, has the best customer service. Chick-fil-A is always packed, but service is always fast and friendly. I do not understand the hype. The chicken is mediocre at best. Loud children are always running around. The sauce isn’t special either.

$4 1/2 billion dollar company and they won’t refill my drink with ice tea because I got a cold brew coffee. If I would have said it was a fountain drink, no problem. Place is a joke and management is borderline useless.

Independently owned location that does not uphold the high quality service that majority of chic fil a have. Their policies are gravely different and are honestly a detriment for a consistent successful business. Staff greeted us at the door. Everyone that works there seems friendly and very polite. All staff members wearing clean uniforms. Food was ok. And I like the location right next to the 210 freeway.
