What a horrible service from Judith. Just left from there. Waited for a while to get my order but she decided to take the other vehicles order that got to the other line after us. I get fast service is not fast service but take people as they get there. We are all hungry. Shame on you Judith. Smh
I also said NO cheese on my chicken wrap, and guess what?! THERE WAS CHEESE JUDITH!!!

Went to drive thru had a good experience w/ I believe her name is jen .. only problem i had was seeing her run back and fourth from the second window and taking orders inside all the while some other chick w/ copper hair did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I would come back the service since jen was so helpful but she coukd use more help instead of someone taking up space.. that employee is lazy.

I went for a large fry, was told they don’t cooperate with the app at this location. So this is the first I’ve heard of a McDonalds not using the app. As a former employee/ department manager if I see the persons code & app working but the code isn’t, we all know there is a promo tab where you can apply the discount for 1.69 any size fry manually. Especially if you claim to be a manager working the window at 10:18pm. ridiculous but it’s alright I just had to inform cooperate and ask for a refund.

This place makes no sense. You can sit in one of the drive through lines so long you actually leave because you’ll see them help 3, 4 ,5 cars in the other one and no one in yours. They seem unhappy when you say no to the app. Heaven forbid you ask for anything special you might as well order pizza delivery while you wait.
No one will even acknowledge you if you want to order inside and your standing there.

Customer service is decent, given its fast food and McDonald’s. My problem was the app says walk out not available but gave the option of pick up in lobby, however the lobby close’s at 7:00 I ordered at 7:30 So you can’t walk in an pick up your order. The line is extremely long at night. The area isn’t the best an the lights on the building are super dim so it’s creepy if you don’t feel comfortable alone go with someone. Not dangerous but for some the bums are in the area.
They do the best they can but it does get confusing when your lines are long and trying to push out orders

Extremely discussed with the cleanliness of this restaurant. The “INSIDE” of the restaurant by the dining area, had a strong “URINE” smell, (and I am not the taking about the bathrooms, it was the actual dinning area).
This will be the last time I come to this place.

They don’t double check your order and forget some of your food. This happens A LOT. It’s happened more than 3 times in a row lol. Check your bags throughly and also they don’t fill up the french fries container lol and they skimp on you sauces, even ketchup and don’t even think about the napkins lol they don’t give you any even for drive-thru. Managers don’t care. It gets super busy in there, so I do mobile order so I’ll be ready when i get there, BUT NOOOO I check in on the app and when i get there is still not ready, is an additional 25 minute wait, you wait with the ppl that ordered at the register there. The McDonald’s app is useless then. If you can maybe a different McDonald’s.

This location never offers a clear receipt so you cant ever do the survey codes. Pretty sure they do it on purpose because there’s no reason to never fix the machine.
