I passed to get food during my lunch break. I made sure this place is open 24/7 if not I wouldn’t bother passing by. I waited 5 min through the drive through and even asked if there’s anyone; nothing. I went through the window and saw 4 people standing looking at a machine. I backed up to since I kinda passed it. They all vanished to hide. One girl passed and just looked at me when I wanted to simply ask if they are not doing 24/7 or at lunch break. I have no issue if it’s closed at all but it was matter of being disrespected. The fact other fast food places can tell me if it’s open or not is wild to me. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this place. Don’t recommend anybody to go here.

It’s a McDonald’s. Food is as expected. Freshly cooked and tastes like childhood. This particular McDonald’s doesn’t often run out of any items. Drive thru is quick and order was correct.

Horrible service. Went around 11ish 12am and they messed up my order & the girls were not nice at all while taking & handing over the order. Only 1 car in front of me & they took over 20 minutes just to give me the food that they didn’t even make right . This has been a bad experience & do not recommend coming here for a late night snack.

Not sure who to blame. It was definitely a skeleton crew. 4 to 5:00 in the back, but one person was trying to take orders for the drive-thru and take orders for walk-in. The drive-thru line was super long so I decided to park and go inside. That was absolutely a mistake. I walked in there was no one to take my order so I used the self-serve kiosk and ordered my food. After 15 minutes of waiting I noticed that not a single person out of the 20 people waiting for the walking orders had been called. But I did notice that three doordash orders had been pushed out. What I thought would be a 10 minutes wait ended up taking well over 35 minutes. Next time I’ll just stay in the Drive-Thru line because they absolutely kick those out a lot faster than people inside the dining room. Like I mentioned earlier, not sure who was to blame for being shorthanded. Was it workers who called out last minute, or management who does the skeleton crew on purpose because they know people will still eat there no matter what.

This entire crew besides the lady in the front is rude and I am extremely disappointed with the manager on site. Not only was the bigger girl at the second window rude and basically tossed my food at us, she then forgot multiple items in my order. The first cashier didn’t give us a receipt which is an issue itself but then they tried to charge us for something they originally up seller to us. When we came back inside to retrieve a missing item, an older woman gave us great customer and tried her best to fix our issue. With the manager in front , they gave us a McGriddle with missing cheese and messily thrown together. Super disappointing kitchen crew and super disappointed with the manager as well who cannot get his team in check and allows a team member to upstage him in customer service.

Employees seemed overwhelmed, and confused. It was busy so I did expect slow service and food delivery. However several people that ordered after me got their food much sooner than I did. Not sure how that happens. I only ordered fries. Staff was freindy and tried to keep thing flowing.

Everything has changed, they wont take your oder anymore they want the kios . Fries were under cooked, filet-o-fish was over cooked , bread was hard. Atmospherewas off, employees looked lost and confused.
