We stopped here after outlet shopping. We’ve had good burgers, ribs, and brisket on previous visits. They were out of burgers, so I had the fried catfish sandwich with slaw and collards. Very tasty. My wife had the brisket potato wedges. It has the potential to be great but had way too much bbq sauce. Extremely sweet. One other complaint…the bar prices are up there. I ordered a couple of Yuengling bottles as draft isn’t offered. These “imported” beers cost $6 each. Imported from the Tampa brewery? It’s a mainstream domestic lager now available coast to coast.

I’ll start off by saying this was more like a strong 3.5 stars. I feel like it could easily be a 5 star place if a few things were different. It was our first time here, so I am not sure if things are normally faster than what they were tonight. That was my main issue. It took a really long time to get service and then follow ups. It wasn’t very busy and it appeared they had enough servers for the job. I always weight in on the Mac and cheese, and it was alright. But I had the brisket mac and cheese, and it was really good together. It’s something I would have again and certainly recommend. The place was pretty clean so I didn’t see any issues there. It does look like they make their own BBQ sauce and it was pretty good, I probably should have grabbed a bottle. Now finally the beat part of the whole meal….the cheese biscuits. Those were delicious and unlike anything I have had before. Overall I’d recommend giving this place a try, the prices were reasonable.

Wow! The ribs were great (not falling off the bone, but tender and the BBQ was crispy and sweet on the ends). The baked beans and potato salad were good. The cheddar biscuits, though…..OMG! One could certainly hurt themselves on those bad boys!! Service was very good. Staff was attentive and quick.

The food and service was phenomenal. Went at lunch time and despite the fact they were busy we had really great service. (The appetizer of deviled eggs was so tasty I forgot to take a picture first so it actually comes with four halves). Also their version of Arnold Palmer was absolutely perfect! The food was perfectly seasoned and portions were shareable so we could both taste each other’s selections. We revisited this gem with the kiddos this time and the peach tea is amazing we also had a chance to try the kids meals and the portions were filling they couldn’t eat it all! My daughter even commented how busy it was but they had great customer service because the waitress kept checking in on us.

This was our first time at this BBQ franchise and it did not disappoint. We loved the biscuits. The BBQ and the food was great. Great service and atmosphere as well. The place smells like smoke, so you cannot go wrong here. The only downside is there are no locations near me in Michigan.

The overall experience was really good. We went on a Saturday for lunch and were sat immediately. The atmosphere is typical BBQ joint with cozy seating and lighting. The wait staff were all very friendly and the service was quick. I had the loaded Mac and Cheese with pulled pork. I highly recommend! Definitely worth a stop in if you are wanting comfort food during a day of shopping.

The food was not good. My salad should have come with bacon according to the menu. Instead, it had cold pulled pork covering the top of it. The meat would have but good if it were heated. Without heating it, it was like eating cold fat. I don’t plan to go back there.
