The staff at this McDonald’s are extremely friendly and patient. They provide excellent service and always greet customers with a warm smile. The staff proactively asked if I needed any help, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The restaurant itself is also very spacious and clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. Overall, this location offers great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

I recently visited here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was very slow, which I believe may have been due to a shortage of staff. I originally planned to use the drive-thru, but the line was long, so I decided to dine in thinking it would be faster. Unfortunately, it actually took longer than if I had just stayed in the drive-thru line.
They had automated kiosks for placing orders, but that didn’t seem to improve the speed of service or overall experience. While the food itself was okay and met expectations, the wait time really took away from the visit.
Additionally, the restrooms were dirty and clearly need more attention and regular cleaning. Cleanliness is important for a good dining experience, and this was disappointing to see.
Overall, the visit was average at best. With better staffing, improved cleanliness, and more efficient service, the experience could be much better.

Drive thru female attendant seemed frazzled. When we reached the window to pay, our order was wrong, but we knew it was because the total we were given was way too much.
Our wait in the drive thru line was a bit longer than usual. At the pay window, our order was wrong, but it was corrected after the window attendant called for a manager, which added to our wait.

As good as can be at a fast food place like McDonald’s. The young man at the counter was absolutely excellent add customer service. He can teach a masterclass in customer service, genuinely helpful, genuinely friendly and polite and knowledgeable.
This location was very good.

I just went through the drive through here in Lenwood. I ordered two6 piece chicken nugget happy meals for my grandchildren. The asked what kind of sauce. I told them ranch. We get to my daughter’s home and there was no sauce and only 5 nuggets in one of the 6 piece chicken nuggets. Yes, I should check before driving through since the same thing happened 4 months ago when i was last here. I should not have to check each meal I ordered. How much are your employees making an hour? $15 or $20? Better step up the training and teach them how to count. Thank goodness I don’t live around here. Next time i will be taking the grandchildren to Burger King. My order is never wrong there.

Horrible service!! It took 28 minutes to get burgers for 3 people. I asked for water, got a Sprite. Asked the girl to correct the order, & she never came back with the water. Burgers were made with 2 bottom buns too. MANY people were waiting for their food, and the staff had ZERO sense of urgency to get the food out.

This McDonald’s has new supposed upgrades that includes them going digital you can no longer order at the counter you have to order on the app or at a kiosk only three of their kiosks work making the wait time to get your food summer around a half an hour there’s only one person to pay for your food at the counter and that’s only when they come out and see that there’s people waiting in line overall the restaurant looks nice because its newly remodeled they have a play area they have handicap seating at handicap accessible they have a ram but definitely the service the quality and the food has just went down the drain

You are literally better off starving then even bothering with this place…… cause all your gonna get is a cup of ice with next to no drink that you can’t refill without paying for an entire other drink. your gonna get old, cold food that’s clearly been sitting out for a solid hr or more, you’ll get rock hard ice cold chicken nuggets, you’ll get old stale fries. You’ll wait around for north of 30 minutes for this old cold food that will more than likely make everyone sick. And judging by all the 1 star with similar expierece this looks to be the gold standard this property strives to provide to its paying customers…. Just paying McDonald’s for instant regret and attitude
