This McDonald’s will have you waiting from 15 to 20 minutes for your orders and will tell you sorry we just have a long line through drive-through that we have to attend first think twice before coming here, not once did they come out to apologize three people in front of me went ahead and left mind you they were elderly people which made me feel bad. Customer service here will be receiving one star

Placed my order at the drive thru today. It was semi busy. Antonio took my order, he was friendly & very patient with me. I liked that he repeated back my order to ensure everything was correct & he also asked if I would like to add to my order, which was nice because initially I didn’t plan to order drinks. Turns out my family & I needed drinks to go with our orders.

We don’t do Mac Donalds breakfast very often. How are we supposed to know what’s available for breakfast hours? The screen has been broken for at least a year, but it’s dead this time. What comes in what combos, and what are the prices? The world may never know.

I like their breakfast the most on their menu. I grew up going to McDonalds for breakfast every Saturday morning with my dad in Glendora. So, I have a nostalgic taste for their pancakes and sausage. Yes, we can make better pancakes at home. But these are good to me. I do really like their mcgriddle sandwiches, which are easy to eat on the road. This location isn’t the highest level of service. They do seem to keep the drive thru moving. But as I and others have problems using their app, I go inside and use their kiosk. I do see people try to order at the front. They are not always very quick to help, and you always seem to wait longer inside even if you use the app or the kiosk. Overall pretty good.

Absolutely horrible over 30 min wait to get breakfast. Manager has horrible attitude when you ask a question. No one helps customers up front . So if your paying with cash . Forget about it go elsewhere. Didn’t receive correct order missing items when I got home . And received part of someone else’s order. Well-done sausage biscuit.

Came at the switch from breakfast to lunch, when ordering they didnt have any sodas available because they were out of Co2. They said we could get tea so I ordered unsweetened and they gave me lemonade tea I asked for it again and I got sweet tea… and when I got my food the burger had literally nothing on it. I asked for no cheese on my big mac and they gave me a burger with nothing. The food also took forever to come out. I know they are timed on drive through but also need to attend the inside. It would probably be more beneficial for the customer to go through the drive through and bring it inside if they want fast service

Consistently the worst McDonald’s in the area they never remember to put utensils or sauce in your order that’s if they get your order right to begin with the act confused when you get to the front window like they don’t know what’s going on or why you’re even there. This franchise is lucky in the area it’s in because it’s service would put it out of business anywhere else.

This place is notorious for missing items or messing up. The last time they didn’t mess up however, they parked me near their garbage bins. I feel like this is disgusting. It doesn’t feel safe at night. Its not the closest to the restaurant and the trash walls block vision.
